Hahahahahahaha I love the update! Thank you for the dedication of the chapter to me, love! I was so happy; it made my day:)) Now for the review part:
Tom would wear those damned undies all day wouldn't he? xD I love how everyone thinks Bill gives off gay vibes and makes Bill even question himself! Oh, and the fact that Georg is just like "...Do they Bill?" made me giggle xD And Bill's reaction just made it 10x better! Like, its all fun when he's making fun of Tom, but when Georg adds that last bit, I can just picture Bill's face! hahahaha! I'm glad Georg is helping Bill out now (he's such a little weasle hahaha) And damn, I bet Mr. Prankster got an eye-full this time! THATS PAYBACK, BITCH! Hahaha poor Tom though. I think he's going to have to learn the (literally) hard way that he can't win EVERYTHING. Congrats to Bill on overcoming his shyness, too! Wonderful update!
And as for the End Notes, I agree, I hope the next chapter doesn't take as long because I LOVE this story and its prequel. It keeps me wanting more everytime! I'll always be up for more sexytimes by Bill, thats a given, but maybe we can see Tom try to get Bill back and absolutely fail like Bill used to? Or maybe Tom be in the middle of trying to pull a payback prank on Bill and then Bill go into sexy-mode and Tom just freezes up hahah.
I think I'd also like to see a Kitty!Bill pop-up somewhere. You've gotta love Kitty!Bills♥ Maybe Bill finds a stray kitten and brings it home and Tom be allergic or something and tell Bill about being allergic and then Bill goes and buys little kitty ears and starts crawling and purring around the house and being all "You allergic to me?" Hahaha just an idea ;)

It totally serves him right though, after all the crap he did to Bill. xD Hahahah! Literally the hard way - I like that! :D Bill's going to make sure that he doesn't win anything from now on. I'll do my absolute best not to take so long to update next time! It was awful how long this took. :( I really like the idea of Tom trying and failing, especially when sexy-mode Bill is thrown in as well. Haha, at this rate the whole story will end up dedicated to you. ;)
Ohh, Kitty!Bill...I've never thought of that. It's a great idea, I'm just not sure I have the skill to pull it off without making him look like an idiot. :')

That was funny! I was wondering how Bill would ever have an upper hand against Tom, but he's got one now.
I think Bill should take up yoga. And belly dancing. He needs to practice often too. Another good one is having one of Bill's art major photographer friends comes over to take glamorous photos of Bill.

I kinda stole this from Jersey Shore, But Bill should totally bring Tom, to a club, and let him get REALLY drunk but stay sober himself. Then he should say he's using the bathroom, and instead go home for a while. In their room he should get a bunch of different cheese types, and put them under the covers. Then he could go back to confused Tom who didnt realize he was gone so long. Then both should return home, and Bill should leave before Tom wakes, then come back when Tom is up. When Tom questions why, Bill would say "Last night you hooked up with some dude/chick (Authors choice) so i stayed at a friends." Tom will be like "Are you serious? And dude my bed smells like... Like cheese." Bill should say "Oh My god, you know that might mean he/she had an std..." Then they would call this hotline that gives information about... Herpes and that stuff and operator would say that may mean he/she has a std. (but you would fancy this up realistically, and yes on J.S. they actually called a hotline and they said that) Hope you write this sorry for it bein SO long! :D

This was a brilliant start to the sequel and I love how Bill is going to get Tom back. How about having Bill pretending to talk in his sleep and saying stuff about Tom? I'm not sure what he could say but I think it would be funny. Anyway, I'm sure you'll come up with some wonderful ways for Bill to get Tom back. In order to really get back at Tom he has to play with Tom's feelings... it might be a bit too mean, but if he wants to get back that's what it takes. Tom doesn't scare easily, he has to feel like he has no way to take over control.
