Oh my Goddddddd that was sexy. I totally sympathize with Tom, too. I love driving (and driving fast) and there's nothing that brings down a good mood faster than people driving slowly and getting in my way. What a sweet relief for him, though. And I loved the end with Bill sitting up as though he'd only just dropped something, and the little drop of liquid on his bottom lip that Tom won't mention just yet.
