Oh my God! Poor little Bill! D': Oh this chapter was so haunting! The way his Daddy is his world and how his Mother is a stranger to him. What a terrible life he must lead. And the fact that he doesn't know to count beyond ten and that he can't (won't...?) speak. I love the way you had us view the events through Bill's eyes; it makes it so much more potent, perhaps because he seems to have such simple, childlike thoughts. I can't wait to see what happens next!
Author's Response: He never went to school, so he can't do basic things like counting. And any attempts at speech when he was little were suppressed by his father, so it's not that he physically can't, it's more that he won't/doesn't know how to, I guess. ^^ I'm happy you like how I wrote the chapter, I was worried the style of this chapter would make people dislike the story. ^^ Thank you!
