Alright, now that I have calmed down, lol. I loved this chapter! Tom was so brave, and him dedicating the song to Bill was so cute. I thought this was a great ending. You've written a wonderful story here.

Heh, I wouldn't think you were dragging it out if you went a bit longer.
And I think the only big error in this one was that you should capitalize each word in the song name, as well as put single quotes around it. Like: "This song is called "The Only Exception',"
