They died? I didn't want them to! Why couldn't they wait another 60 years or so until Sarah died? I totally thought Tom would change his mind at the last second.
That was sad. I cried. :(
But don't think I didn't like it! I loved it! And I really did love the ending. I feel that's the way it should have happened too, despite my wishful thinking. :)

I have a bit of an idea but not sure if it's the way to go. Who knows? Maybe I will find some inspiration and come up with some kick-ass storyline and get a sequel written =] rnrn

Gee whiz, that was good! I am very impressed with this story! The dialogue seems much more believable and natural than some of your previous stories.
I know you've already finished the story, but for the future, I noticed that when introducing dialogue, you mainly use the characters' names and it gets a bit repetitive. Maybe try to find other words or even a small description of the character, using an adjective or two.
Other than that, I'm really enjoying this fic! And I mean that. :)

By the way, did you hear about the riot in Vancouver after the Stanley Cup final? I was downtown when it had just started, so me and my friend got the hell outta dodge and went home. It was scary!
Author's Response: Have you ever seen TrueBlood? I think I had said something about this in the story notes or one of the chapter notes, but I kind of/sort based it off of one of the episodes for season 2. Of course my story doesn't compare to the episode at all but I thought I would give it a try. It took me months to actually finish this and once I did, I was pretty happy with it =] rnrn

I did hear about the riots in Vancouver. I couldn't (and still can't) believe how crazy people were being. I mean, it's just a game. Sure it was a pretty huge game but still, just a game. I'm glad that you and your friend were able to get out of there before it got too out of hand. =]

i really enjoyed this story, i have never read something like this and i think that this end is a good one. i cried like a child and i love the way you writing your stories, so touching. you always touch my fealings. :] You're one of the best writer, definitely! :) [sorry for my mistakes, i'm from the czech republic and my english isn't the best one. :D :)
Author's Response: I had been trying to come up with a short story for some time and after a few months of struggling with the plot, I was finally able to get it written. This story means a whole lot to me and it means so much to me when I read reviews such as yours. Author's Response: I have thought about it but I'm still trying to come up with ideas. Before I do anything else with this story, I would like to finish one of my other one's first. Author's Response: As for a sequel, I haven't decided yet. When I finished the story I decided it was going to be the end. As in there was going to be nothing more written about these characters. Now that I think about it, maybe I could continue on. I may not write a full-on story but a one-shot. We will see though. No promises. I haven't been able to come up with a story-line yet, so I am not going to promise anything. It may take some time, but we'll see. I'm not going to say 'no' and I'm not going to say 'yes' either. I am definitely thinking about it. =D

Wow you made me cry :,( seriously I'm crying. Tom left her alone and Bill went along with him?!! Why?!! Why?!! All I can ask is why?!! He had the love of his life already!! And Bill couldve found his too! :,( im so angry at you right now @canadiangirl >:,( but I can't stat mad :,( Im just sad :,( the bond between Tom and Bill "I'm just tired" it's to much :,(. It was beautifully written, and your right for some reason I feel like there's something missing like the story needs to continue or that there's more to it. Your an amazing writer :)

You ask why Tom left Sarah? And why did Bill go with him? Well they lived fifteen hundred years wandering the earth together, and only in the last year did Tom find his love. The one he had been searching for. He didn't think he would ever find her. In that one year he fell madly in love with her but even then he knew he couldn't stay. Over the fifteen hundred years, he (and Bill) had seen so much hate, pain and sorrow. Sure they had seen love and happiness as well, but there was so much hate. So much death. Tom was ready to go. Even if that meant leaving the one he loved. And of course, Bill wasn't going to just stay behind while Tom left him. They had always been together so of course they were going to go together in death as well. I don't know if this makes sense, but I hope you understand why. =] rnrn
It isn't the happiest ending and I understand why you are sad and upset. It was hard to write. I am sad about the decision as well. I did take the story-line from the True Blood episode 'I Will Rise Up'. If you are wanting a bit more clarity, I recommend you watch it. The show is much different and my story DOES NOT compare to it at all. There is so much more emotion and heartbreak in it but maybe you would understand a bit more what is going on in the vampires head when he does what he does. rnrn
