I'm really enjoyed this. I liked the phrasing you used, it had a nice rhythm. I was a little confused about if Bill's fantasy was just that,or from experience. Did Tom finally find the courage to go over and take what he wanted, what they both wanted, or had they done this many times before? Regardless, I really like it. Nice job.

This is an absolutely incredible story! I love that it was a shared dream between the twins, and the ending was delightful :D
Plus, your description of Tom giving Bill a blow job is one of the best I've ever read. Bill's so into it, which is good because you describe his actual feelings and likes instead of just saying, "He stuck it in and came." Tom going down on Bill was extremely hot!
