I thought it was clever how you didn't stick to any parental stereotypes. You know, the whole super stern dad and the chilled, at-ease-with-everything mum. There was that twist you're so good at which makes this fic, and your writing, so interesting to read ^_^

Yes, Jörg might be a difficult and snobby man that doesn't understand his son, but he still loved him, he's just not so good at showing it. And Simone might try being the loving, at-ease-with-everything kind of mum, but she really isn't, she's too damaged by her own upbringing. I'm so happy to hear you think I'm good with twists! Honestly, that is such a huge compliment. Thank you! :D

I loved how things went for the both of them. They're both happy, and Tom finally got to exhibit his works!!:D Just the way I wanted few chspters back..XD Heeeee*flutterclaps* I liked it that you included Gordon here and that he and Bill were closer!! Total winner w/the in-law hahahaha.. (yes, in-law; I see them getting married soon lol). I kind of wanted to see the G's though (oh, my love for these two) but it's okay. Hehe, you know, I already knew how it would all end when you were talking about it, so I was just snickering to myself while I read you review :) I'm mean, I know.. But, there's no reason to hate me, I made everyone happy in the end! ;) The G's got each other, Andi got Michael and Bill fitted perfectly into Tom's tiny family :) All is well! :D
I guess I've left some openings in this story, that is true. Perhaps I'll write some oneshots based on this later on.. It could be fun. But, unfortunately, I don't think it'll happen soon :(

that was really lovely story!! I admire Tom for willpower to resign from live without obligations, I wouldn't be able to do it for anyone. He must really love Bill, but no wonder, Bill is so sweet creature!
Author's Response: Thank you! :D I think Tom simply realised Bill wasn't trying to take his freedom from him, but instead offer him something stable and safe to come home to :) I know how you feel, though, it's always hard giving up the opportunity to run if you want to. I think one of my biggest fears is getting stuck somewhere... But, then again, this is Bill we're talking about. I might give it up for him ;)
