Definitely shows promise for a first attempt. ^^ I really liked how you went for the second orgasm, I think you should have played that up a little more to pump up the hotness. ;D
Also, I'm not sure how I feel about the beginning. It's a good concept, but I think you definitely could have written more about the piano's effect on Bill, and made this an even more unique piece. :3 I feel like you jumped into the smut faster than you needed to, when you could have drawn it out and made the reward that much sweeter.
