I have left a review on other stories of yours, but wanted to say that I enjoyed this one too!

Love this?
Author's Response: Not quite sure, eh? ;)

Oooh I didn't see that coming :O I figured it was her who'd put the hit out, but it sounded like she'd already died o.o I wonder what that police file was about then.
This was a good read, thanks ^_^
Author's Response: What a twist!
The police file was probably just mentioning relatives after they found 'Tom's' charred carcass in a ravine. Nothing fancy, but something enough to make Bill go 'waaaaaaait a second.'
Or Tom's dad was loaded, she hired Bill to bump Tom off, then someone else to take out daddy, and she was the first person questioned about his sudden and untimely death so close on the heels of his son. She got off, and now she's got a mountain of money, yay! Or yay until Bill put a bullet through her brain.

Aww, more anxious Tom who pulls away :( Not fair, but I suppose it is strange living with a hired killer
Author's Response: I certainly seem to lean on themes, don't I?
Date: 03/27/17 09:12 pm Title: Chapter 2
That was unexpectedly easy. Tom accepted everything rather well (':
Author's Response: It's easy to pick 'not be fucking murdered' when your other choice is 'be absolutely fucking murdered'.

Noisy neighbours are the worst, even if they are Tom. >.> Although, if my neighbours were Tom, I would most definitely be turning up in my underwear to tell him to turn it down (':
Interesting so far, I like it :) I think I'll continue
Author's Response: I bet you'd have kept reading even if you were iffy about it. ;)
We used to have a neighbour who would get super drunk and yell about Jesus at 5am. I would much rather Tom and overly loud rap.

Daaaaaaaamn. Now I gotta wonder... Did Tom's step-mom hate him enough to hire an assassin to go after him? If so, that's... I don't even know. That's fucked up lol But yay! Bill and Tom love each other and they can live happily ever after even if Bill is a murderer and Tom is his tool-cleaning henchman o/
Author's Response: I figure it was an inheritance thing. Papa Trumper has a nice insurance policy, step mom was a black widow, but it was all set to go to Tom. What's the point of slowly poisoning a guy for a cool million if it's just going to go to his gutter rat kid? Get him out of the way, console poor daddy until the 'grief' finally kills him, and go buy a yacht.
Instead she gets a bullet to the face, Daddy gets to live (maybe marry someone less heinous), and Tom gets to be the MOST spoiled house pet ever. Wins all around!

Hey, Bill. At least Tom finally gave affection in return! Don't despair!
Author's Response: CLING TO THAT SHRED OF HOPE, BILL.
Date: 12/25/16 10:30 pm Title: Chapter 2
This Bill interests me, though now he comes off more as slutty than just handsy lol Interesting how Tom just... agreed without more thought or more panic than that.
Author's Response: Bill's a frisky devil. And Tom's pretty much willing to agree to anything that means he's not got a gun in his face anymore. He was probably plotting a daring escape and all, had Bill untied him.
Date: 12/25/16 10:10 pm Title: Chapter 1
So Bill is a little handsy..in his mind. And Tom acts bitchy when he's denied hahahaha Also, kinda disturbing, Bill is ;)
Author's Response: You don't want to put the handsy ALL on the table right off the bat. That's be...weird. But once you let him in your bubble, you're going have more pets than you're sure you want. :)
Bitchy Tom is looooove.
I think that you sort of have to be at least a little unhinged to be a contract killer. Otherwise you'd end up feeling weird about it or have nightmares all the time, and that would suck.

One dollar for a beer? Shit man, i need to get myself to Leroy's!
Author's Response: Leroy's is great. Sure the beer is kinda swill, but at a buck a pop, can you really expect it to be an artisanal microbrew?

Omigosh!!! I just finished reading this for the umpteenth time and I still adore just as much as the first. Bill is so sweet killing someone for Tom! And Tom is so sweet getting Bill new cool wire cutters so he can cut the fingertips off of dead people right before he smashes their faces in!!! Wow. That sounds really creepy. But I honestly think that scene is so sweet!
Author's Response: Sometimes the best relationships come with the weirdest circumstances. ;)

It was Abigal that wanted Tom dead, wasn't it? The bitch!!! And Bill as a killer is way too hot for my sanity. ;)
Author's Response: It was indeed. Stepmothers, yo. They are a tricksy type.
Date: 05/08/14 04:32 pm Title: Chapter 4
Wow
Author's Response: :)
Date: 04/19/14 02:48 pm Title: Chapter 4
curious story.
Author's Response: Thank you?
Date: 02/10/13 09:40 pm Title: Chapter 4
this was a really good story!
is there a sequel to this?
Author's Response: Why thank you. :) Alas, however, there's no sequel.

Holy shit. This... this was REALLY good!!!!!!!! So Tom's step-mother hated him enough to want him killed? That's...*shiver* That's SICK. ...that reminds me of Snow White XD It's supposed to be the step-mother, right? Or is it another princess... I don't remember... Oh, well, whatever XD ANYWAY! This was amazingly good. I especially liked the end, because it was really creepy. I mean, the whole thing was a little surreal and probably would've been creepy if I wasn't desensitized to that kinda thing (I read and watch WAYYYYY too many creepy things XD), but the end... *shiver* The end, I can imagine actually happening, and that made it really, REALLY good, and really, REALLY creepy XD Awesome job, and I can't wait to read more of your stuff ^-^
Author's Response: Most likely Tom's step mother wanted him out of the way for a whole inheritance thing. Money makes people do strange things, after all. (and, yep, it's Snow White who has the evil step-mother than wants to kill her and I wrote a fic based on that, too) I'm quite glad that you liked this, even with the creepy ending. :D

I can't believe I only just read this! Goes straight to favs. I LOVE this Bill! And I love the change in Tom near the end (how he gets used to Bill's life style). I'd love to read more in this universe! :)
Author's Response: Badass serial killer Bill is just FUN, isn't he? There's another cookie for this universe in my Valentine's Day collection, if you want to check that out. :D

His STEP MOM wanted him dead? Shit, man.
Author's Response: Stepmom's got some issues, yo.

I love how you describe Bill trying to feel emotions, especially unusual ones to him like guilt or caring. When you wrote “icky, sick feeling in his belly that told him no” it spoke volumes about the character in just one line. I love this intelligent, planning, analyzing Bill. And I love that Tom is an average guy and would be spiteful enough to turn up his music. You have a great way of handling characters in all your stories and giving them little quirks that just make them come alive. Tom had a gut-wrenching choice to make, and you portrayed that very well, the cost of his life being someone else’s. I love that you followed through with Tom’s nervousness and anxiety during the slow build-up of his adjustment. The pool scene was hot! The scene with the cutters and ribs was a great way to show Tom transitioning into his new life. (As a writer you are very, very good at *showing* not just telling.) And the ending was definitely Bill’s idea of happily ever after. Really a great story.
Author's Response: Bill totally couldn't do his job is he felt bad about killing people. He'd be crushed by guilt in a week!
And poor Tom. He had to make so many hard decisions and adjust to such weird things.
