Author's Response: Yay! Bill was difficult for me to write because he's so reserved in this and doesn't always voice what he's thinking. It's up to the reader to learn about Bill through what he says and through Tom's observations, but Tom is mostly clueless anyway XD

I'm so glad I gave this a chance and even more that you gave it a happy ending, oh my God. I kept reading and reading the final chapters dreading that it's going to be bad and they'll be separated. I was actually sure about it and started preparing myself for the sadness of it all but I was so surprised and happy that you didn't do that. THANK YOU. Who would've thought that a happy ending wouldn't be surprising anymore? Hehe, I guess I'm reading way too much angst lately.
Anyway, great story and I'm glad I read it. I wish you'd written more so I had something else to read now :C I hope Bill never regrets leaving the garden nonetheless :))
Author's Response: The story could have very much gone that way yes D: But I couldn't make myself do that ;-; I can't read sad endings let alone write them. I'm much too sappy. I'm glad I had you going for a minute there though. That was my intention XD I might be writing a couple more stories at some point, but I'm really not a writer and words and ideas for fic don't come to me easily. We'll both have to see. :)
