I've mentioned this on other reviews: I came into the TH / THF fandom in Jan’22. The vast majority of fics I've read are quite old and I'm sure the authors have moved on (and probably wont even see new reviews), BUT I figure why not leave one anyway… I enjoyed this fic and wanted to say thank you for writing and sharing it!

I've read this a bunch of times since the first time I read it years back. I don't know why it took me this long before I wrote a review. Your story's brilliant. Beautifully written. A song was playing in my head while I was reading the ending, The Kill by 30 Seconds to Mars. Fitting, don't you think? I'm looking forward to reading more of your work, Misa Sugar. This story is seriously captivating.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE write a part two! The smut certainly DOES NOT SUCK at all! I'm definitely adding this story to my favorites. This was the most original and unique piece I've read on the site in a long time. It was very dark and morbid, which I love, but so exciting and entertaining. Even if you don't write a part two to this (which I REALLY hope you do) you sure do have a talent for writing stories like this, which isn't something few writers have the ability to do well and master. I can tell from your writing that you enjoy what you do! This was a truly amazing story and I'd love to see more. I'd really enjoy seeing a Bill that's sweet to Tom in the sequel if you write one :) Good job!

I donīt know! I donīt know! I just like story like this, even theyīre disgusting. Itīs maybe little hurried, like "omg you kill my mommy!" and then "omg you fuck me, I want kill you!". Iīm sorry xD
I want part 2! xD
Author's Response: As I mentioned in the story, it's been seven years since Billy killed Tom's mother... And probably three or four since Tom sought out Billy again. XD Plenty of time for their relationship to grow and change.

Impressive work!
Original, surprising, well-balanced, engaging, incredibly well-written.
I prepared myself to hate it after I had read first couple of paragraphs full of vicious violence but eventually got so drawn into it, getting more and more sucked into richness and depth of emotional kaleidoskop the story provided, ending up totally and utterly loving it, though I cried at the end.
It is amazing how you transformed a cruel beast into a human being after all. We all have all of this inside of us and this story touched the place within...
Fascinating piece of fiction!

:O
Oh my Lord.
I thought I loved the first part.
But this was amazing.
The ending...
Wow.
I think I almost cried when I read the last line.
Or almost went hysterical.

Okay... woah... Let me try to collect my thouhts. It is a bit frustrating since I know I won't be able to give a full review the way I want because English isn't my first language and all the nyancies are left out.
First... I don't reemember if I told you how the first chapter reminded me distantly of Clockwork Orange? It did. But this second was actually quite far from it.
It was violent, but while it disgusted me, I didn't mind it, bgecause I think that it was needed to bring out the level & power of our emotions. It was like an exaggeration of all of us, most of us.
For me this presented the humanity in all of us, weird, right? I mean that I firmly believe wev all all victims and slaves for our own needs, longing and love and in a name of those we might do some messed up things. When we realise that this all, this here, is in all of us, I think it makes us more merciful in the end. I don't support violence, but I support longing, humanity in us.
There are confusing paradoxes in life, pain and pleasure, love and hate, longing and leaving, and I think we would all be surprised how much they need each other to work. I find it endlessly fascinating, the darker side of human mind. The way murderer says he loves the victim.
I have no real opinion of the ending. It was sad, mostly so. I felt sorry for everyone. Because I think never being forgiven is the biggest of the bourdens.
Thank you for the interestinmg and deep reading experience and I wish you luck with the screenplay :)
Author's Response: I can honestly say your analysis of the story has definitely been the best so far, at the very least in terms of similarity to my own thoughts on what it means. Your analysis reached a similar conclusion to mine, thought I thought about it on a different level entirely, which is fascinating. You seem to view both Billy and Tom as victims of their own humanity, which is an angle I hadn't thought of until you mentioned it, and a totally fascinating concept I will explore further in my own mental meanderings later. My personal conclusion was that Tom represents humanity, mankind in general, and Billy represents passions that overwhelm reason. Billy is the ideal of man, in that he lives with no responsibility, fear, or regret; he lets his passions (anger, violence, lust, love) rule his life without repercussions, and tempts others to follow him. He's the snake in the Garden of Eden, he's the Devil that tempts Man with visions of a sinful Utopia. Tom, on the other hand, represents the reality of the situation, and how giving in to those temptations can destroy Man. I think it's significant that his punishment comes from within, through the loss of his sanity, rather than an external source like the police or other authority. Anyway, that's pretty much how I've viewed the story thus far, but I also like your take on it. It makes me really happy that people can read this story and experience it on entirely different levels. This is probably my best work as of yet, and I'm really proud of it. :)

*_*..I've fell in love with story..i am twist but it amazing in how something like this on how someone who you hate can make you fall in love...i have been thinking alot about it. since i read it. cuz i read on my phone last night then came online to review..just felt like i need too...but why don't you write it here ??...but basic you have your screenplay there. you showed how it start. but you're have to think little more into it. Tom life growing up and how it effect him. show little bit of bill..whilst tom growing up. the meeting up again..how bill made tom his bitch and so on. but you have you're ending..sorry if that doesn't make sense i'm half sleep lol
Author's Response: XD I think I know what you're saying. Yeah, it's really only a rough draft, the screenplay itself would have to have a lot more in it, but I think that would be okay. Better to have to add than to have to take away, right? XD

ohgawd the ending had me tearing. damn.
I'm thinking that deep down Billy never expected to fall in love with Tom, and he knows that he can't change what he's done to Tom. cause even if he confessed his love to Tom, it would be difficult for the both of them considering that Tom will be torn between love and exacting revenge. so probably the only way he can redeem himself is to encourage and infuriate Tom to carry out his plans for revenge?
I dunno if that's what you were intending but that's how I see it :x
a great story overall. got me cringing alot in the beginning but the ending broke my heart :'(

even though you warned me, this story literally made me sick to my stomach in several places. I will take your warnings more seriously in the future I guess. I don't blame you, not your fault. well written though.
Author's Response: This review made me smile. :D It wouldn't be good writing if it didn't effect people, right? May I ask which parts were the ones that really disturbed you? XD

please update meethouse
Author's Response: Umm... Not to be rude, but I'd kind of prefer if you left a comment on the story you actually reviewed... You know? XD I have no objections to update requests, but next time maybe talk about the story you're leaving a review on. ^^; Thanks.

Author's Response: I know, right? You want him to die, yet you don't. XD
