Oh my god this was SO cute. I so identified with your characterization of Bill. This is what sex / emotion feels like for me: overwhelming and I'm slow to process. Kind of like what you described with Bill. The thought of having someone as patient and loving as Tom felt so nice. It was also nice that Bill was able to be a little insecure around him. Cute and sexy story!! :) It's very well written and all the emotions and "concerns" come across perfectly. You developed your characters very nicely... they have depth, they're shy and confident and defensive and dismissive and so many other emotions which made them feel real.
I also liked how Bill recalls sex and other parts of their past so the story has a backstory... always a good thing.
One of my fav parts was Tom being so aloof about their relationship in public when he bets Bill. Hehe. Evil Tom. :)
