Your description of everything is so good and the story is very original. I always saw this story and started reading and stopped because i was confused (thats because i didnt speak english very well) But this time i continue and continue reading... now i understand everything very easy and this only happen to me when the story is really good.

Author's Response: why thank you, it means a lot to me that you're willing to do that. I'm not in the Big Bang challenge, unfortunately. requests are of course allowed, but I can't say if I'll come true to them, though I'll most definitely take them into consideration. Realism and historic correctness is a big part of this story and since Roman rape isn't in any way nicer then how it's done currently (and Marcus and I are pretty sadistic) that rape scene is probably on it's way! ;)

Hey, I live in Europe, too. :o And I'm almost in high school, one year left and I'm soo nervous bout that. :$ I wish I'd go at a cultural profile, but my mom just won't let me. She wants me to be an informatician and she wants me to go on maths&informatics profile. :| Anyway...I like history since I was a little kid, and I have to admit I did research on homosexuality in ancient times myself some time ago. I used to want to know everything about ancient Rome when I was like..11? But I couldn't get so much information from school. And one day I even thought about doing an ancient time themed fan fic involving the twins, but since I knew I didn't have enough information and resources, I gave up. But anyway, what you do...it's amazing. ;) Keep up the good work. :D Off-topic. You'de done the banner? :>

That about your mom sucks, it's your life, isn't it? it's not fair for her to choose what you do with your life. Actually, I think it's pretty lame, but I understand you probably have to do what she wants :( rnI've always loved history too, allaz the cultural profile thing ^-^ and obviously, I did something with it in a fic. 2 years ago, when I was in the 5th grade, I knew all of these things, but with time I forgot them. :<
But...Once I start studying history, I just won't stop searching fot articles, and out there are billions about ancient Rome, and to be frank, time is not my friend. *sigh* But hey. You said you've been studying them for a while. You're a student at an univeristy with this profile or you're just into history so much that you search for information everyday? ^^
Author's Response: I live in Europe and there I do the 'gymnasium' level in high school, it's the highest level and it involves studies on the ancients. I'm capable of translating latin and we learn all of that in class, through the ancient stories of Rome. I'm also in a cultural profile, which involves a lot of history and I love learning about it. That's sorta how I get all my information, along with some research on my own, like on homosexuality in ancient rome, because, somehow, we didn't learn all thatmuch about THAT in class. And in an answer to your question; I actually study latin and ancient Rome and have done so for the past four years, so I know a little this and that's about it. Plus, there are a lot of wikipedia sites and other really interesting things on the subject :) It's not hard to find with a little efford and interest. Thank you for the review!
