Aw! This story was super adorable:) Tasu is really cute the way you described him and I looked up the neopet thingy xD I kind of pictured him as a cross between the thing on the banner and the neopet JubJub, hahahah
Tom's character is so caring, too:) I love caring Toms and helpless Bills ;)

I'm not that much of a Christmas person and I was feeling a little down for a second and then I escaped the family rush and came to read something, I actually hoped you'd have posted the last of this. Aww! He still had the star on his head when he became human! So wait... according to Tom's wish, he also wanted to settle down and have kids. Does this mean that Bill the Tasu can have babies? If so, then that's a whole 'nother story for you to write out!
