Loved the slow burn too haha. I wasn't in the mood for a purely smutty fic so this was perfect. So perfect it's now 4.35am! Good thing it's Saturday tomorrow... Awesome story! Loved every word ;-)

And the grinning till my face hurts is back. Hope you don't mind the crazy amount of reviews. It's 3.45am and I don't really have anyone else to express my happiness to lol.

I must be hormonal. Or you're an excellent writer. I just came crashing down and am sobbing into my mug of juice. Good grief!

Your fic has me grinning like a loon. I even spilled juice down my front because I couldn't wipe the grin off my face long enough to take a proper sip.

I am absolutely in love with this story. It was nice seeing writing that actually correctly utilized an extensive vocabulary, something rarely seen. The rants were spot-on as well. I kept wishing my work played a radio station like this instead of the same recycled and over-done holiday drivel that contaminated our eardrums the entire season. I especially loved when Bill found himself humming Sleigh Ride, because that's the song that always seems to stick itself resolutely into my head. I swear I've lost sleep over that song.... In all the rants had me cackling with merriment while the marshmallow-y fluff warmed the cockles of my granite, ice-encrusted heart. Very well done.

OH. MY. GOD!
the wit. the snark. the banter! oh, i'm in love!
i am so head-over-heals for this story! it's definitely going in my fave story list.
the character interaction was so funny, and true, and it drew me into the story so well, it was like watching a movie. i saw every hand gesture, every eyebrow arch, and every kiss. great storytelling.
fantastic job!

I wanted to wait until I finished reading the story before I left a review. I can identify with the cynic because I am one. Gives me a small glimmer of hope that maybe one day, I'll find my version of the optimist. Your description of his radio show is spot on. I work in the radio profession, and your desciption of the producer's role, the arm-twisting to get more ratings, and the thirst of the station manager for more publicity is right on the money. This is going straight to my favorites.
