I thought this was good pacing. There definitely needs to be a period of time to come to terms with the situation. Rape is not something that people just get over.

what about you do medium length between updates and have medium updates? please update soon, though, its a really good story! what if they had "mateing ceremoneys" once a year to match up good pirings in relationships, they don't have to be romantic, but have one person in the pair's streangths be the others weekness
