What a lovely Tom pov in this chapter! (Points of view seem to be a thing for me.)
"He knew how to treat his babies right," hee! I love this Tom. So much. ♥ He's hilarious and I love how much he loves Bill. (And his car, too. *g*)
I really like how they discuss the dinner beforehand. Bill is so frustrated, poor thing, and his "imagine if you were in my shoes" thought exercise is completely wasted on Tom! It's fascinating how different their backgrounds are. And when they communicate, they don't tend to take it into account (yet). I kind of want to know what it would have been like if it was Tom who was taking Bill to see his father... or, rather, if Bill was at Tom's home and interacting in that world. Do you think the results would have been -- hilarious? Dangerous? Would Tom have been as exasperated as Bill is now? How would Bill have reacted? Hmm.
"I'm your twin, Bill. I want to understand everything about you." *___* Tom is so lovely.
"A pair of horny demons," hee! Aww, Bill. I understand that he wants his mother's approval and for her to see that this is right, but I also kind of hope he could get past that… it's human, isn't it, though? To negotiate between what you want to be and what the society expects from you (and especially your loved ones). And to care about what your mother thinks about your relationship! I like that later Tom thinks he gets it. The twins have been apart for so long but I think they're starting to understand each other better and better!
"He'd do just about anything for that smile." I keep swooning while reading this story because Tom is so lovely! He's so tough and inhuman and yet he looooves Bill. ♥
I love that Gordon turning his back on the twins is so alien to Tom. It's kind of frightening to be reminded like this how utterly different his environment has been -- it sounds really hostile and scary. But it also means that Tom bristles and literally growls when he thinks about Bill's past and feels possessive and jealous. *_______* I love how Bill reacts to it, too! Reassuring Gordon lightly that nothing is wrong, and then touching Tom so intimately, focusing on him and nothing else for a moment. It's lovely.
"Bill breathed in deeply, leaning forward to touch their foreheads together. 'I know,' he murmured, sounding sympathetic and stricken." Omg I want to know what Bill is thinking or feeling right here! I went back and read the first chapter of Born to Each Other to remind myself how they missed each other and dreamed about each other when they were younger. Poor things. :(
I was so distracted (and not in a good way!) by their eating habits. I often fear that RL twins really don't eat anything else than white flour, and now these twins, too! I know it's ridiculous and I have no way of knowing what they really eat, but still. The description of their pickiness here made me all "GREEN BEANS ARE DELICIOUS OMG" and "BEANS ARE PROTEIN! Sheesh." Hee. I'm glad Simone is less obsessive than I am and makes a dry remark about bad jokes. Her experience and exasperation show through, it's wonderful.
I feel a bit o_0 about their baby discussion because I'm iffy on the subject, but I must admit there's something appealing about mpreg. But also o_0. (It amuses me that most people would look like that when reading this because of mpreg in general, whereas slash fans here take it in stride... *g*)
I'm glad they found a safe subject to talk about with Gordon, too! Gordon is great in this chapter. I'm amused that Tom thinks he's so unremarkable -- but wouldn't a freakishly tall teenage demon think just that? Hee. It's lovely that Gordon is so calm about everything.
Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed the Tom POV!
Yeeees, Tom enjoys treating his babies right. ;) He's "humorless" yet so funny, somehow!
Bill needed a moment, and Tom could tell! They're going to do their best to meet halfway. And, well, if Bill was going to dinner at House Kaulitz, it would be more stressful AND more dangerous. Tom might have been exasperated Bill wasn't taking it seriously enough!
Tom knows the right thing to say. ;)
Bill does still have some human in him. Mostly when it comes to his mum! And, yes, as much as Tom can understand, he's going to get it.
Hee! yes, he's completely soft on Bill! The one weekend, really.
Tom really is an anthropological study of born and true Nephilim nature! And yes, Tom hates the thought of other people being with His Bill, especially for milestones like FIRST SEX. And Bill gave him exactly what he needed to overcome that. ;) Yes, they did miss each other through their whole childhoods!
I worry about the twins too, especially when they scorn actual vegetables so loudly and often. =_= I hope they're better about what they eat than they SAY they are. Simone is such a mom. She does want them to eat better food. But she won't force 'em!
No mpreg! Tom was teasing, just teasing.
Gordon really anchored the whole thing, whether Tom realized it or not. ;) And yes! It's so easy to forget they're teenagers. Gordon has the perspective of maturity.

You miss are such a tease!!! I need more and I need it now *pants* I'm staying tuned for the next exciting episode of As the World Falls Down the third installment of the Two Against the World series. *giggles* Love ya!
Author's Response: I try not to be! But I've got to have something that keeps you all coming back! ;) Thanks so much.

I've been waiting for Jorg to show up! Now things are going to get really exciting, I can tell.
Also, I'm super excited for this other twin. But it's not the last we'll see of the Wynne brothers, is it?
Author's Response: Definitely exciting. ._. I haven't been able to answer reviews for fear of inadvertently spoilering.
It's important for them to see how another Nephilim twin has fared... And, no, the Wynne brothers always have a habit of popping up!

*glomps* everytime i have a shit day, you always post and it makes me feel 50 times better. seriously. thank you...
Author's Response: I am so happy to hear my timing is awesome! ♥ Thank you so much. I'm really pleased to hear that.

woaaaah never even HEARD of princess cake o.O looks interesting, but i dont like marzipan or cakes with jelly...:S
oh shit, here comes daddy...Vergil? oh geez, but then, even the Sparda twins werent mated, right? so maybe they won't be able to relate so well after all...mm yay libido. ooh what a delicious little preview you've bestowed :)
Author's Response: It's so good it makes me all emotional ♥ I had a dream about it the other night...
No, the Sparda twins weren't mated, they just messed around. ;) But! Twin half-Nephilim! So Vergil is approaching it from that angle as well as his personal experience. Thank you for your review!

gawd your end notes remind me of that old tv show SOAP.
This was really good chapter. I wonder what is up with the Sparda twins...why would they want to help Orion at all...
why only one twin? Are they gonna talk B & T into teaming up with them and taking everything over and splitting the territory between them?
...I don't know, only you and yor beta do, but I can't wait to find out! Keep up the great work!
Author's Response: Definitely so intended. ;) Thank you very much! As for the Sparda plans, all was explained, of course...
Only one twin because the two of them would have intimidated Tom so much he would have picked a fight! But, Vergil isn't there for a territory grab. Haha. He's too civilized for that.
Thank you, so pleased you've been enjoying and I hope you continue to do so. ;~;

Eeeeeeep. That's all I got cuz I'm too busy worrying about the future now.
Author's Response: These are legitimate fears of course. :B

Simone is the winner even if she may not have grandchildren soon, she still managed to get the idea into Bill's mind.
I hope that Tom is serious about demon Mpreg...
And the cake was clearly a chocolate one of course
Author's Response: Haha, it's true! Sorry, but Tom is not serious about the demon mpreg - but he IS serious about the two of them having babies some day!
Mmm, chocolate. *_* Chocolate ganache.

hmm id say it was probably some type of black forest-cherry cake all pretty...i mean, hmm balance? you mean, will they put sex aside enough for bill to not fail everything and for tom to get his work done? no chance xD. i kid i kid. i think Gordon won dinner with the parents. :)
Author's Response: Ooh, that sounds good too! Haha, "no chance," we shall see... Thank you! I agree, I think Gordon won.

I think Simone is the winner :D As for cake it could be a cheesecake or a chocolate cake ^^
Author's Response: Poor Simone. ;) I kind of agree with others saying that Gordon won! OMG I LOVE CHEESECAKE! But I also love a good chocolate cake. :D

:O KIDS!! lol I'd love to see that XD
Chocolate!! myum yum yum!! :)
Author's Response: Haha, not in this story, alas. Tom is definitely teasing. ;) Mmm, chocolate sounds good to me! Thanks for your review.

I don't know if Simone should be pressing for babies when they're not even 18 yet. But she has a good point about Bill's schoolwork.
Great chapter, as usual. I adored all the little moments of possessiveness Tom exhibited.
Author's Response: She's planning ahead. WAY ahead. At least she's being the voice of reason on SOMETHING.
Thank you! :3 Possessive Tom is all kinds of love. More to come, thank you for your review!

Lol, great chapter, thank you so much!
Author's Response: Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

LOL I love possessive Tom too. Gordan so won the dinner round, lol, but I think that Bill has a very valid point. *nods* You sooo like to tease don't you....mpreg..that would be interesting. I would actually love to see them as Daddies. So what flavour was the cake?? Love it honey, can't wait for the next update. Oh and I'm ignoring the fact that you're writing the last chapter. La la la not listening!!!
Author's Response: Tom is sooooo possessive of his Bill. ;) And yeah, I agree Gordon won! ...No mpreg for this fic, but I was surprised to see all the support.
Omg the cake was Swedish princess, which I LOOOOOVE. Thank you! I am, in fact, writing the last SCENE. Scary.

* is going in reverse order* I think they will.
I think it was banana and strawberry checkerboard with cream cheese frosting.
Seeing as Tom said they were lucky to have access to human science because nephilim don't have the technology to splice 2 gametes from males together, I think he was joking.
Gordon because hes the only one who didn't come up with a topic of convo that required immediate topic change.
beautiful chapter even though it had a unique lack of explicit sex scenes. Possibly even better because of it, not that I don't love the sex scenes you do, but well...when done too much it gets a little tedious. Almost like "gawd not again. "exasperated sigh* Keep it in your pants man!" you know what I mean? Beautifully written. I am really loving how even though Tom doesn't get it, he really is trying for Bill. I look forward to the next update!
Author's Response: Hee.
I don't think the twins like bananas! Too healthy.
He was definitely joking. ;) And yeah, I think Gordon won for sure!
Haha, well, that is how these twins are. Thank you for the lovely review and I hope you continue to enjoy!

YOU CANNOT TEMPT ME WITH MPREG LIKE THAT! NOT UNLESS YOU MEAN IT! THIS IS ALL CAPS!!! MINI-TOMANDBILL NEPHILIM BABIES!!!
Author's Response: I'M VERY SORRY, NO MPREG. But possibly Tom-and-Bill babies, SOMEDAY.
Date: 02/08/11 11:07 pm Title: So Much to Say
Woot woot for faster updates =D The first paragraph was hilarious, god I love this TOm! lol And like Bill, I like it when Tom is possessive, so sexy =P The discussion at their mother's house was very interesting, I enjoyed this chapter a lot! Can't wait to read the next one...
Author's Response: Welllllll we'll see how that goes, I may need to do some re-writing. Glad you enjoyed this though! Tom is very possessive and Bill definitely likes it. ;) Thank you! Glad you enjoyed this chapter.

I'm going to believe that Nephilim are like the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park until I am convinced otherwise.
Your teaser has me very curious about the next chapter. :O And I think it was a princess cake!!
Author's Response: Haha idek what you mean there. :P
OMG DEFINITELY THE PRINCESS CAKE.

Lol, oh lord. I try to avoid mpreg like no other, but you're so awesome, sooo... it balances out XD
Yay! Good chapi
Author's Response: Haha, no mpreg, Tom was joking. DID I SCARE EVERYONE AWAY!?
Thank you! :)

I love this story! It's intriguing, and I can't tell you how much I praying that it goes on and on and on. Love the new characters - their simplicity nicely sculpted, touched with little hints of depth. The flow of your writing, the characters, the utter lack of flaws, the nuances, paint a picture of a truly professional writer. Not someone who just gets published, but someone who has the knack of the craft.
Not lyin. Keep writin.
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm so happy the story intrigues you and makes you want it to go on forever. :) I really appreciate your compliments, I'm totally blushing over here. *^_^* Thanks so much for your review!
