Lol, oh and it appears they were hanged in the end. It said in the summary "beheaded".
Author's Response: Yeah. lol Instead of being beheaded like all extreme criminals in the later bits of Medieval times (for instance, King Louis of France), I decided to have them hanged. Don't forget that they'll have to be buried in the royal deathyard and how can that happen if they're beheaded? x) Besides, that was King Duke's son. He had to have had a liiiittle bit of compassion. :) Thanks for reviewing. :)

Author's Response: Aw, thanks! I felt the same way once I read everything again.rnAnd I didn't forget. I haven't tried to be a validated author yet so my submission posts take time. I didn't feel like waiting for the second chapter to be approved so I just went to bed. lol I posted it at around 5:30 in the morning. x)

I really liked this. Their love is so beautiful, and you wrote it so wonderfully, one would think that this story had actually been written in the midieval times! Great job! =)

I like that you left the ending open. Like, we all know that they're going to be beheaded, but you never wrote it for sure so we can just hope that something happened to help them even though nothing did. XD This was very nicely written, and I enjoyed reading it. The dialect was very nice as well. :3 Good job.
Author's Response: -hehe- They were never going to be beheaded. That was just King Duke's way of getting his son to seize his relationship with the knight. At the actual beheading chamber, their hands were still intertwined. That drove him to the point of rage. He was angry he couldn't basically make the prince stop dating the knight. Instead of beheading, they were hanged. It makes me happy that you enjoyed my little two-shot with it's funny dialect. Ha. Thank you! :D
