God, I love this story. I just read the entire thing and it's so good! = ) I love Bill in this story, I just want to take him home and look after him. And Tom and Georg are such sweethearts, I love them! And Simone too.

This is a great fic - I had read the first part a while back, but never got around to reading the rest and I'm very glad I did. I love the tender, slightly awkward relationship between Bill and Tom and Georg is just superb. Bravo!

I think you really need to understand that not everyone is like Ben and those people. I know some are, but...I dont know, it just kinda bothers me that all the students except for Tom and Georg have to hate Bill. Also, wanting to be cool and smoke...that went out a long time ago. Bill's peer pressure thing. With the beer a few chapters ago...If Bill maintained his individuality all these years and didnt conform, there's no way he would be so willing to do whatever Tom wants him to just so he can be liked. But this is just my opinion, obviously, you have a lot of reviews and you deserve all of them ^^ All in all, i like this fic, and will read it to the end. ^^

Author's Response: hello ^^ first of all, thanks for the review and criticism, i appreciate that you took the time to read and comment on this ;) ok so, I know myself that it's not exactly realistic, the way Bill gets treated at school, I myself have NEVER experienced something like it, nor met a person treated that way. However, this IS a 'work' of fiction. I could make Bill randomly pregnant if I wanted to (but I won't xD), and I guess, exaggerating the whole situation highlights the ignorance of certain people at school, etc... I purposely only introduced one of the people who worship Tom and don't acknowledge Bill at all, not every single student in the entire school is that way. Some people notice Bill and don't like him, some people just leave him be but don't make an effort to become friends with him, I purposely made him have no friends, except for one who has unfortunatly left, to put more emphasis on the whole 'finally somebody likes me' thing Bill is going through. And I think I once mentioned only Tom's class love him so much, maybe also some of the younger kids, but the older ones don't take much notice of him. And finally, Georg, he has never approached Bill before, so all in all he's like most of the other people that just let him be, but because Tom likes Bill so much and he's Tom's best friend he simpy accepted Bill since he's never had a problem with him, just like many other's at the school. Oh, and the thing about Bill's individuality, Tom's the first person to really like him and his first relationship, obviously, considering his insecurity, he wants him to think he's 'cool', a few chapters ago Bill didn't know Tom that well yet, he might be a nice person but at the same time be like most of the other people at school and think Bill was 'uncool' for being a prude and boring etc... I think that's about all... jut don't forget that this IS fiction, of course it won't be like in real life ;) and besides, I only wanted this to be a very short story, a few chapters long, somehow I ended up making a whole story out of it because of the response I got from readers, I hadn't planned on going into much detail about Bill's unpopularity etc... so I just went along with it how it was, making it a little unrealistic, but I've got so many other stories I'm working on which I had intended to make longer and more understanding too, that I never really took much time to think about a detailed plot to this story too much. Sorry for the super long response xD But I hope it's clear now why the story is the way it is ;)
