I am a Chinese fan who came a bit late. Discovering this website is the happiest thing for me in recent years. I used to use bookmarking as commenting. I must say that I have read and bookmarked this story. Reading this story is undoubtedly a pleasure! Today I plan to leave a comment. Thank you for your story. You are an amazing writer.

I've mentioned this on other reviews: I came into the TH / THF fandom in Jan’22. The vast majority of fics I've read are quite old and I'm sure the authors have moved on (and probably wont even see new reviews), BUT I figure why not leave one anyway… I enjoyed this fic and wanted to say thank you for writing and sharing it!
Author's Response: Hi! I'm so glad you liked the fic! You're right: I'm not in the fandom anymore, but thought I'd pop in for the first time in years and reread some of my stories on here. And I really appreciate you taking the time to drop a nice comment! I've gotten a lot better as a writer (IMO) since I wrote TH, so I encourage you to go look me up on Ao3 (sarahyellow), and/or Tumblr (sarahowritesostucky). I may even do a project in my current fandom that uses the ideas of Sense of Touch. I know it's not Bill x Tom, but it'll be very similar in terms of plot. Thanks for reading and dropping such a nice comment!

The ending for this story isn't as devastatingly depressing as the ending of the other one in the Pantheon series. I like it. An open ambiguous ending were they have the ability to end up happy. :)
Author's Response: Yeah I can't write too many horribly depressing stories, some have to be slightly more cheerful. I'm glad you liked this one.

I loved it! I really want a sequel! One where they fall in love and stay by each others side for ever, or something like that:-D Please?! It may be short, but it may be the best story i have ever read on here!
Author's Response: Oh sorry, but I think one of the sweetest things about this story is the hopeful but open-ended finish to it! (I like ot think that they end up very happy together each year that Bill visits). I'm so glad that you liked it and wow, the best story ever??! Thanks!

I like the story :D But i don't understand that with the fruit, at the end. maybe becaus i'm not a nativ english speaker? could you say what that with the fruit means? i would thank you :)
yeah, i lile the story, and mostly, i like bills and toms charakter. thanks for sharing the story with us :)
Author's Response: I'm glad you liked it, thanks. The myth that this story is based on is a Greek story, and in that myth, Persephone (Bill's character) ate seeds from a pomegranite. For each seed she ate, she had to return to Hades for a month.

I certainly liked this story!
First of all, it was a very very interesting interpretation of the Greek mythology which I loved in childhood, so to see these two beautiful twins take roles in a beautiful myth is a great deal. Moreover that Greeks did tend to accentuate the same-sex love, especially between men, so it doesn't even feel wrong :-)
I loved Bill's characterization and persona. The sense of wittiness, sharp-tongue and humor were a perfect mix in this Bill, and I giggled quite a few times while reading. The same would be with Tom, though his character seems to be easier and not as deeply psychological, I just loved his crude humor and remarks. And then, a very unexpected softness and wish to get closer to Bill in a way, which wouldn't involve their usual fighting. Oh I bet those were the moments when both of them would feel strange and awkward, but very tender towards each other, too. I did like Bill's stubbornness - in the beginning, when he wasn't willing to submit to Tom that easily - and of course, why should he? And then his unwillingness to take up Tom's offer to be gentle and open, maybe he even couldn't truly believe or trust in Tom's genuineness. But I'm really really happy it all worked out for them towards the end. I also have to point, how I admired the way you described the secret willingness of Bill while he was being forced. I'm glad you didn't turn it the ugly way, and that it all happened (even the very first time) willingly and ended in the mutual pleasure. This truly was the seed of the possibility of a deeper relationship and, possibly, love.
The very last paragraphs were sweet, and so promising for their future, even if it would keep being only 6 months of the year. They would have their eternity, anyway, I'm sure of that.
Thanks for writing this beautiful piece, and I hope you will venture into the Greek mythology once again, to bring beautiful and, of course, pretty hot visions of the twins in these AUs :-)
Author's Response: Wow, what a nice review to wake up to! Thanks a lot for all your insightful comments. I'm glad you could appreciate the little nuances of each character, as well as the development of their relationship. Also, many readers have expressed dislike of the ending, but you obviously saw it as what it was meant to be: the possibility of a future. So happy the story worked for you, and I hope to eventually write more for you to enjoy.

Awgh, I loved this. Like, seriously. x3 I have such a soft spot for Greek mythology, and it was so wonderfully, cleverly written and kind of ridiculously hot. xD So glad I took the time to read it.
Author's Response: Thanks!

aaaaaaaw! god i loved this...i really liked how...dryly humerous their banter is. i really liked "and the tension slid from angry to sexual, just like that." and "Unfortunately, the command was weakened by a series of very unauthoritative, breathy pants." haha, bill cant resist him, yet wants to...interesting how tom tried to get it into a normal, more...loving thing and bill resisted, needing that air of force to shelter him from the reality of the attraction. im glad that they grew together so much. and the foreshadowing of what may be to come, tom's hopes...so cute. lovely absolutely lovely. so sorry i didnt review sooner. i wanted to make a nice meaningful review for you, but ended up waiting far too long...i read it when you wrote it xP sorry about that. but glorious post, i cant wait to read more of your greek myth inspired ficlets. ill allow myself to read the siren-y one now that ive finished my review on this :3
Author's Response: Well I loved just soaking up all your comments. Based on what you said, their "banter" (good word) came across just how I wanted it to, and you could explain the essence of their "game" in better and fewer words than I could. I love it when readers pick out the specific details and quotes and such that they liked. That makes the best type of review.

Third time I've read it. :D Still as awesome as the first time.
Author's Response: Well I'm flattered that you'd take the time to read it more than once at all, and that you liked it equally much the second and third time means a lot. Thanks!

This is, by far, my favorite fic on here. I've read shit tons, and nothing compares to this. It's absolutely phenomenal. I can't wait to see what Greek Mythology stuff you incorporate with TH next. :D
Author's Response: If this is your favorite fic on the entire TFH site, then you either haven't read much or you've been reading the wrong stuff. Don't get me wrong, I'm uber-flattered by your comments, but I wouldn't even consider this my best work, let alone the best out of everyones'. You should check out my favorite authors and read some of their stuff. Anyways, thanks for being so sweet, it made me smile.

I loved this! And I would always be interested if you ever wanted to write a sequel or another installment for this fic :D
Author's Response: Good to know. I don't plan on adding to this one, but the series it's inspired will be continued, I've got a bunch planned for that.
