Well, I'll admit my first reaction when I saw Raspberry Season had been remixed was "how on EARTH can this story be given justice?" But honestly, this was stunning! It was really really really fantastic. I loved reading it from Gustav's point of view, that's not something that seems to be done so much and it was so refreshing and so, well, so beautiful.
Really, this fic had me reeling! The way your wrote was sublime, and the way you brought across all the characters was amazing :) It was kind of... melancholy, but in a gorgeous way. Oh wow, this was AMAZING! In so many respects. You did an absolutely wonderful job of remixing this story!

This was so interesting to see from Gustav's pov. The characters are written so well, and I really found myself sucked into the story. When I first saw that you were remixing "Raspberry Season", I just gasped, because wow, what a scary task, but I really liked this! :D

This was really, really good and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It was well-written and easy to follow. I could feel Gustav's frustration and torment as he was irritated with Georg and sympathized with Raquel. I think has to be one of my favorite rewrites thus far.

I am so excited to see this remixed! Out of all of the stories I submitted for the challenge, I'd hoped this one would be remixed the most and you did an amazing job of it.
I loved the view of this fic from Gustav's perspective and how he and Bill now share a secret. It was a bit sad to see Raquel in the fic, just because it isn't something the original focused on, and I hadn't really thought about how hard the whole thing would be on HER. And this fic definitely dealt with that, and it was a really different look at it from a different POV.
I adore it, thank you for taking care of my fic like this. *hugs*

This was absolutely beautiful, a wonderful complement to the original story. Great job! I love that you made Gustav the main character, I really enjoyed his insights, and his particular take on what's going on in this story. ♥ Really great fic, and it fits in so well with the original.

I was so excited to see a remix of this fic! I must admit I was kind of scared too, cause Raspberry Season is one of my favorite fic so it’s always worrying to read how the remix will end up. I’m very pleased with what you did with it. Reading this from another point of view was very interesting. Gustav is such a good friend in this story, I like it! I really love how you described the twins too, their relationship and their bond. I particularly enjoyed how Gustav was able to figure out the twins as a pair, but not as individuals. I think it says a lot about them and it’s simply a brilliant description of the twins. I’m so glad that this fic was written by a talented author, it completes very well the original and it was a real pleasure to read! Amazing job with this remix! It must have been hard and I know I would have been intimidated to remix this fic but I think you did a fantastic job :)
