I've mentioned this on other reviews: I came into the TH / THF fandom in Jan’22. The vast majority of fics I've read are quite old and I'm sure the authors have moved on (and probably wont even see new reviews), BUT I figure why not leave one anyway… I enjoyed this fic and wanted to say thank you for writing and sharing it!

Wonderful story! Both Bill and Tom are adorable in different ways. I like the unique way they got together. All the supporting characters are great as well. Very charming story!

I've been aiming to read this story for a long time and I just did now.
I really, really liked it. It is that kind of story that is easygoing and lighthearted but with a little drama here and there to spice things up.
And about that sequel, well if it's actually coming out I would definitely like to read it.

Aww, I just found this fic yesterday. Just finishe it. It was lovely. Very cute. But, I thought that Bill kissed Tom on the veranda at the chalet, not the oher way around. Which could have still totally worked withthe story. You know, a whole Bill seeing what he wantd to see because his mind needed an excuse to kiss Tom.
I really njoyed this, and I really loved how you left it open for a sequel, but this story is complete. I think I am going to go check out your other work now.
Author's Response: Tom lied about them being watched, Bill kissed him, they stopped for a second and Bill asked if they were still watching and Tom said 'yes' and kissed him again. I guess it works in both ways, they just like kissing ;)

I love this story and I love this ending chapter! They are so perfect together, even Bill's dads could see that =P I really liked how they interact together, acting so in love at the dinner and like a real couple already.
Oh and I Lol'ed at: ``at that point he wouldn’t be surprised if Simone had been there as well, with a cake in her hands and a smile painted on her face.``

Don't you mean biological father not natural. Biological makes more sense. Anyways, there's a few grammar mistakes but other than that this story is cute so far.

It would be silly now, wouldn't it, to repeat how much I have loved and treasured reading this story? Because I can't tell you how much I grew to love these characters-- even one as flawed as Bill, who was only trying to be what he thought his parents would want him to be, but instead, lied to himself, his parents and to the boy who was his best friend and he grew to love.
I have been angry with Bill, and have mostly been on Tom's side through all of it, but I really did feel for him at that moment when he's finally confessing the truth to his parents. It couldn't possibly be any harder, having to admit to these two, whom he loves so much, that he had lied. As a son, I'm sure that was a moment that he felt most disappointed in himself, but I think that David would be able to assuage his fears once they talk again.
I'm sad it's over, but I really hope you believe me when I say that this story has been amazing from start to finish and the way you come up with plots is truly admirable and it's an ability I wish I had with my own.
Congratulations, my dear, on making me love one more of your stories once again that will go under my favorites and which I consider my baby, just as much as LG became yours.♥
