LOL-can't believe Bill didn't realize Tom's problem..even though Toms Amish and im pretty sure it would be a sin-still...

Author's Response: Well, he realized something, otherwise I doubt he would have hesitated so much. And, well, Tom's entire situation at the moment is quite sinful... *sigh* poor, poor guy... anyhow, thanks for reading and leaving a review. :))

Whoa, intense. I love this - you can't totally feel the excitement in the air. I swear I held my breath for that whole middle-of-the-night talk...

Love it!

xoxoxo

Author's Response: can't=can, perhaps? ^^ Anyhow, wow. I hope you didn't turn blue; that was kind of a long middle-of-the-night talk... XD Thanks for reading and reviewing, love!! I'm so, so thrilled you love it!

Author's Response: Whoawhoawhoaaa, I did leave it open-ended, but remember that this isn't the same sex-obsessed Tomi we're all used to; he's not just going to jerk off at the littlest of thoughts and urges! XD Gahh, poor guy, though... :( Anyhow, thanks for reading and reviewing again, love! :D

Awww, poor Tom, things aren't easy for him with Bill around. It doesn't matter that he's not even flirting or anything, it's obvious he's caught Tom's attention, even if he won't admit to it. I'm loving how Bill has taken to the life with the Lapp family and how he's adapted himself to his surroundings, barely even missing what he had before. It was really sad what happened to Ruth and certainly explains quite a bit regarding Tom's behavior. Loved this! :D

Author's Response: Well, I figured adapting to this lifestyle wouldn't be too hard for him right then and there; for months he's had far less out there on the road anyway. He has indeed caught Tom's attention, let's just hope Tom can catch a little more than just his eye. *hopeful for characters* Thanks for always reviewing! :D Still very, very happy you love it!

Well I think we all know what Tom was doing in that bathroom. For some reason, I'm glad Bill didn't walk in though. I feel so bad for poor Tom. He's in such a miserable situation. Even if he left their lifestyle, his whole family would probably never talk to him again.

Author's Response: Ahh, don't go jumping to completely dirty conclusions, mmkay? He could've just been banging his head against the wall for all we know. ;) I had actually considered having Bill walk in, but then decided against it; I didn't want to deal with that confrontation, I mean, things are already strained enough as they are, no reason to make it even more awkward. Anyways. Yeah, his situation... poor guy... :( Thanks for reading and leaving a review, though. That means a lot.

I think Tom confused the word 'bad' with 'wet', hm?
Ugh, why do you have to update this story just once per week and always on midnight in my timezone, when my brains are just too tired to leave a proper review?T_T I'm really liking this story, Tom's.... behavious? Fear? It's kind of cute and Bill being intrigued by him... ugh, I love this *hearts*

Author's Response: Hmm, perhaps he has... ;) I updated earlier just for you! Let's see if I can continue to do that (for some reason my body just doesn't like posting fic before a certain time of day... it's weird) - I'll at least try. :D And I'm super glad you're liking it. Thanks for reading and reviewing *many hearts*

I adore this story so much! The first time I spotted it's first chapter, that fantastic banner, the summery, I knew it had an amazing potential BUT because I am usually reluctant to read WIPs, I started reading first now after the fifth chapter had been posted.

When I once started reading though I couldn't stop. There is so many things that I love about this story. I love everything about it actually. From the very beginning I was enchanted by your glorious writing style; it is so descriptive, everything seems so vivid and real, imagery's just popping up in front of my eyes when I read this. I LOVE that pace is slower, I LOVE long chapters, I LOVE a slow warm-up into the story, did I mention I love everything about this fic?

The plot is awesome, fresh and unique. I marvel over landscapes you describe, life style so different and still so interesting.
Opening was just lovely and I had to smile when you mentioned Bill's love of autumn....I am exactly the same. I savor every small detail you mention in your text...Bill's march in the middle of stormy, rainy night, his encounter with Daniel, the morning after conversation over breakfast, Bill's first meeting with Tom....not a single word wasted, each new chapter equally good as previous one.

What I also like about this story is the fact you downplayed Bill's beauty and attractiveness. You just mentioned his long black hair and how skinny he is. It is pleasantly refreshing to read something like that since his character's outer beauty is very often portrayed in abundance. He surely is a stunner even in this fic but you toned it down by not pointing this out as a major incentive of his appeal. The same goes for Tom.

Chemistry between Bill and Tom is so highly believable. Tom's apprehension and initial irritation over having Bill as a guest in the house, and Bill uncertainty and cautiousness of how he should behave in that household. I love that you are taking it so slow with the two; no sudden realization on Tom's part, rather a painful, tedious, inner conflict and struggle he must have been plagued with his whole adulthood. Really good, really good. (I even researched a bit about rumspringa because of this story and oh boy, it must be a confusing, stressful period for so many teens to have to chose :-(). I would definitely want to know what happened during Tom's rumspringa??

I am really glad that you made it to be Tom who took initiative and kissed Bill, not the other way around. Bill feels enough of guilt as it is already now, being aware he must be a temptation for Tom. I canīt wait to see where you take this story next ( and a small part of me wishes that you being "a sucker for happy endings" would grant Tom some sort of happiness and feeling of completion no matter what he chooses to do....the poor boy would so deserve it).

I love this and can barely wait for another update.

Author's Response: Okay, time for this lovely monster of a review, which I love every word of, by the way. First off, you made me blush - a lot - and I'm so, so happy you love this story, especially since you came along to read despite it still being very much so a WIP. Hmm, as for Tom's rumspringa, I'll definitely have to consider that. We'll see if it pops up anywhere in the future ;) And yes, the poor boy surely would deserve some happiness, but that ending is not so near in sight (not that I'd give it away even if it were!), but I wouldn't leave it open-ended for him. That'd just be cruel. Anyhow, I could go through your review and say thank you to every compliment, but that might be a tad boring (and annoying) for you to read, so I'll just say it once, loud and large: THANK YOU. Very, very, very much. :) Like I said, I'm so thrilled you love it. Thanks so much for reading and leaving a review. I hope the rest of the story doesn't disappoint!

I knew both xD I had a feeling Tom would be gay, but with him talking about his Rumspringa I just felt it. His talking about "Bill's world" and the way he talked about homosexuality, just gave me an idea of what could be happening.

And now I wonder if perhaps that had been Tom's first kiss?*_*

Author's Response: I'd say that's not an incredibly farfetched idea. ;) Thanks for reading~~
