The writing was good, but Bill's reaction of kissing Tom so suddenly makes absolutely no sense to me. It seems really unrealistic.
As to the banner: Yes, but did you get Allegator's express permission to use it in your banner? Beacause if you didn't you're breaking TFH rules, bigtime.
