M-preg is a HUGE no for me, but I'll be sure to read your other LOTR stories ^-^ I don't like Star Wars much, so I won't get to those, but I shall definitely get to your LOTR stuff ^-^
Author's Response: You're too kind, thanks so much. I really appreciate and treasure your wonderful reviews, truly THANK YOU :D

This was perfect!!!!!!!!!! I had wondered, when the conflict was revealed, whether this would be a tragedy or a comedy (using the Aristotelian meaning of the words). If it was to be a tragedy, there were two possible outcomes: One, that Tom would kill himself after bedding Georg, and Bill would follow, and Gustav and Georg would be so guilt-ridden that they would be unable to love each other anymore, and would have to separate. Two, that Tom wouldn't kill himself, but the guilt between him and Georg would destroy Tom's relationship with Bill, and Georg's relationship with Gustav. Or, it could be a comedy, and end how it did, with Georg and Tom being lovers, and Gustav and Georg being lovers, and Bill and Tom being lovers, all at the same time. You even wrapped up Boromyr and the High King's relationship, which was truly wonderful. I hated that bitch of a queen. She was vindictive and horrible, and had no moral right (though every right under the law, unfortunately) to do that to those poor boys, and to poor Tom! I'm glad the king saw fit to keep the boys together, and I'm even happier that he saw fit to marry Boromyr for his second and more important partner. Very well done, and I will be sure to read your other stories!! Also, you mentioned other fandoms in your end notes for this chapter. What other fandoms do you write for???
Author's Response: I'm so, so glad you liked the ending; it was very happy after an often tragic tale, but I could never bring myself to write a story where everyone dies at the end...Hahaha, I'm awful when it comes to female characters; they're always evil and bitchy so the guys can fall into each others arms...I wrote for LOTR and my favorite pairing was Aragorn/Boromir; little Borrie first debuted as an mpreg on Boromir: A Hero's Journey and my Legolas stories are on Library of Moria (all Dayast Joy) and Star Wars prequels -- a weird mix I know hahaharnrnThank you so so much for your beautiful reviews; I treasure your truly generous and kind words :D

Oh my Goddess, I cried! I cried so hard...I had to curl up on my side to stop crying. I'm an actress (I've probably never been in anything you've heard of), and I once played an elective mute (she had been told by her father that he'd beat her to death if she spoke again, and since then she hasn't spoken). At the end of the show, she finds her best friend, who had drowned herself, and screams out her name. This, therefore, spoke legions to me. I know at least some of the pain that Will was feeling at that moment, and it tore me up. All of the heartbreak I felt in the previous chapters could not have prepared me for this. It was so sad and horrifying and tragic and...Goddess, this was beautiful. Very well done so far.
Author's Response: I'm so moved and flattered...You're an actress, what a wonderful gift!...I'm glad that this story touched a special place in your heart; the way this chapter ended was heart wrenching to write, because little Will had suffered so much, but it was only his voice, and one word, that could have packed the dramatic punch needed for this scene...Thank you for finding it beautiful :D

Will has seen, and I must wonder what goes through his head as he sees...Do he and his brother share a telepathic link or something? Is that how Theo always knows what Will means, without Will speaking??? 'Cause if so, then they both know, and THAT is a dangerous thing...Poor Bill and Tom. Georg's different - he's the reason for all the heartbreak, in my mind. But Bill and Tom and Gustav...Bill just wants Tom to be his, and his alone, and Gustav just wants his HUSBAND to be his, and his alone. I can sympathize with that, although I also believe open relationships to be the most trusting thing partners can offer each other (after all, what could show more trust than saying "If you want other people in your bed, have them, as long as the one you love most is me"?). Very good chapter, and I love the insight into the younger twins' daily lives ^-^ It's cute and sweet, and I can't help but think "is this what Bill and Tom were like as children, in this universe?" XD
Author's Response: Wow, thank you for the really deep and well expressed review, trust is different from monogamy, and you summed it up with such sensitivity :) The little twins were a plot device to mirror the older twins; to underline all they were to each other, and what they stood to lose. I always thought of Will as being wise, their telepathic link only goes so far as what Will wants Theo to know/say for him. Will has magic in him, and he is being guided by Tom from Earth (the ghost). Also, for reasons I can't explain, I enjoy writing stories about characters when they were little, like Little Legolas Adventures for the LOTR fandom, so there's a little Gus, Tom and Bill in this story (No room for a little Georg but "Georgie" appears in my In Die Nacht/In the Night story) :D

Oh, Gustav!! Don't be so sad, don't be heartbroken!! Don't let that pathetic excuse for a man leave you heartbroken!! Gustav has always been my favorite, and to see him so sad (even in a fic) broke my heart. I've been brought to review every chapter so far, which is a feat unmatched by any. I can't wait until I've read all of it, so I know the end...and at the same time, I loathe the end's coming! Well done, so far ^-^
Author's Response: Thank you so so much, I can't express how much I appreciate and treasure your kind words after every single chapter :D

DON'T LEAVE BILL, TOM!!! DON'T LEAVE GUSTAV, GEORG!!!!!! Only heartbreak lies in that direction!!! Of course...if Bill and Gustav would consent to it, they could always have an open relationship between the four of them...XD
Author's Response: Thank you for this review, you really summed up my conflict...Having established the depth of love between Tom and Bill; and Georg and Gustav, I was totally, "How on Earth am I going to get to the happy open relationship stage?!" Not without tormenting poor Tom as it turned out...You know it's funny, when I first began writing for TH fandom, I thought it would be Bill and twincest that would dominate my time; but Tom just came alive for me somehow: he's such a bundle of contradictions: so assertive and yet always a step behind Bill, so naughty and yet always including Georg and Gustav with a gentle sensitivity, so sexy and yet hidden under layers of clothes and looking away, and always always loving Bill with a remarkable lack of envy and selflessness...so of course he "haunts" this tale in the best possible way :)rn

Oh, Goddess! It's like reading Romeo and Juliet, except without the poetry and obscure medieval allusions and phrases. That probably doesn't make sense to people who don't know of my love for that play...XD It's the only one of Shakespeare's plays that I can read as well as watch. Most of them I find exceedingly dull to read, but R&J is so vibrant to me that the script comes alive when I read it. That's what happened to me in chapter one of this story, AND in this chapter. All of the misunderstandings and broken hearts and...and...OH IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL AND WONDERFULLY HORRIBLE AND BITTERSWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay...I'm gonna shut up and read the next chapter now. OH! Except for one thing XD I review in two cases: One, it's the last posted chapter of a fic. Two, the fic moved me so much that I HAD to post during that chapter. NOW I'm done XD
Author's Response: Oh wow, thank you so much for saying that this story comes alive for you, and for so generously posting a review after each chapter; I really, really appreciate it :D Love can be tender in its beauty and ruthless in its ferocity, so I'm glad you found this chapter "wonderfully horrible"
Date: 01/23/12 01:23 am Title: Chapter 1
THIS CHAPTER MADE ME CRY!!!!!!!!! It was so well written, and beautiful, and heartbreaking!! Poor Gustav and Bill!! And that king, too!! And EVERYONE!! They all know the truth, but to protect Tom they're going to do this horrible thing...it's so bittersweet and wonderfully horrible!!!! Well done!! I also love the allusions to Lord of the Rings XD Boromyr, Theoden, the Old People (elves XD). I also like the parallels to ancient Europe, with Romma and Francia. This is wildly interesting, and I can't wait to read the rest of it, though I know I'll be disappointed that there isn't more by the end of it XD So far, awesome job ^-^
Author's Response: I'm speechless and absolutely moved by your wonderful reviews; which are wonderfully enthusiastic and very sophisticated. Thank you so much, I'm so glad this series moved you when you read it, it was very hard to write because it brought so much pain to the characters...I'm glad you like the parallels; I love historic novels like Bernard Cornwell's :D

Hello, Dayast Joy!
I actually read this chapter as soon as it showed up in my tracked stories, but I'm now getting the chance to review. My life has been terribly busy!
I really enjoyed this chapter. You wrote it with a more optimistic ending than I would have expected.
Though I am glad you didn't kill Tom. It would have been a terrible loss and while I'm still upset with your Bill, I don't think Tom deserved to die.
The universe crossover with the twins as we know them was a nice touch and it was a nice way to show Bill how his actions have affected his brother an how he could save Tom's life.
I remember you saying that you hoped that Bill would be redeemed by the end of this story. I think you did that. Bill's beauty (both in real life and in fiction) is one of his highlights and have him sacrifice it to save his brother was very emotional and it showed the depth of the twin's love for each other.
I'm so sad to see this story end. I'd ask you for a sequel, but as I fellow writer, I understand such things are not always possible. Anyway, thanks for such a great story! I look forward to reading more from you particularly Fairytales for Torg lovers. That one is my second fave to Price of Love.
Best wishes,
EB
Author's Response: Dearest EB, big hugs and lots of love, I really do enjoy your reviews and appreciate the time that you put into them lots...It was your review that made me take up this story again; and I'm glad you liked the crossover, because that was the key thing that allowed Tom the Dracoii to be saved, and Bill to be redeemed...I'm very touched that you're still upset with this Bill as it shows how invested you are in the characters, so thanks really, really :D I'm tickled by your varied taste in reading, it's like my total split personality in writing hahaha...Hope you keep reading and reviewing, I treasure your words, truly...All the best wishes, big hugs and much love.

I'm so glad that you changed your mind about killing Tom. I know that Bill would make this decision in real life if he had to. Thus is the love between them, between twins. Can't wait to read what happens to Boromyr. LOVED this!
XD
Author's Response: Thank you so so much for your review; am glad you enjoyed this chapter. Apologies that the final chapter is taking a while, for Theo and Will have taken own lives of their own, but rest assured it will be a happy one...Thank you :D

Yayyy! Tom lives and everybody has a beautiful ending! I'm curious about Boromyr though ...
Author's Response: Thanks so much for your review. I've been working on closing this series and think the last chapter will be a long one as Will and Theo have taken on lives of their own...Hope you like that, it's a happy ending :)

Aw, man! Are you trying to kill me?
I mean that in a good way. I read your response to my last review and was like "Oh man, what did she write?" Then I read it and I was floored. I don't mind cliffhangers ( use them in my own writing), but this one made me go "aah!" very quietly as my roommate was sleeping, but still!
The wedding night scene was lovely and very emotional. In our voyeuristic fangirl fantasies, we forget that sex is very much an emotional act between two loving people. I prefer it that way to be honest. It gives the story more weight. You executed it very well. Georg's words to Tom afterward were just so sweet and exactly what I thought. Once you've had a taste of "heaven" it's near impossible to let go.
And can I just say how proud I am of Boromyr? I was absolutely certain that he would jump on the chance to take Bill for himself. But you really surprised me here. When I read his dialogue to Bill, I was like "THANK YOU!"and then I was like "Bill, seriously!" when he said that it was too late.
Theo and Will are some intriguing twins. It amazes me how the wisest words can come from the youngest minds. It happens in real life you know. And Will knew that Tom was his real father? I want to know more about this silent twin. Will we know why Will was mute this entire time?
Though I'm a little confused. What did Theo mean by "the ghost" I even went back to other chapters, but found no mention of a ghost, unless I seriously missed something.
And then you wrote a real kicker! When Georg, Gustav and Bill didn't know where Tom was, it did not bode well in my mind. I hope he survives! It just can't end like that, because while I don't always expect happy endings, I still want some closure and maybe a sense of hope at the end of a journey.
I'm going to sound like a complete dork, but I was listening to my iPod and I heard a song that I think is absolutely perfect for this story, particularly Tom and Georg. It's called You Did A Good Thing by Sleepthief. I don't know if you like new age/electronica music, but listen to the lyrics, it made me think immediately of this story.
Even though it's sung about a guy's feelings for a girl, the emotion fits Tom and Georg's relationship perfectly. Look it up when you get the chance. It's just a beautiful song.
Excellent work, dear. I can't wait to see where you take this story!
EB
Author's Response: I adore your reviews, thank you from the bottom of my heart...I'm so glad I didn't let you down with the wedding night; I'm a huge Torg fan, and I love writing NC-17 for that, but there is always a streak of humor in that pairing for me because Tom and Georg in real life really light each other up with laughter, but here, there was no room for that, and it was very hard to write such intense love, knowing that they would be parted in the morning. I'm glad Boromyr has come to life for readers, he was my favorite character in the LOTR fandom, and he was always so flawed and so heroic and so terribly and beautifully real, I needed a character with that kind of depth to speak some sense to Bill. Sorry if the ghost caused some confusion; I thought it would be too easy in some ways if Bill came round just from Boromyr's words and Tom's desperate suicide attempt, I felt he needed to be given a lesson on the nature of releasing his anger and jealousy through sacrifice, and yes, the "ghost" is our Earth Tom, who never for even a moment seems to begrudge Bill hogging the spotlight, although among all the people Bill seems to love, I suspect Tom is the sun in his sky, and I hope they never lose that bond...I hope the Bill in this story has redeemed himself in this tale...Oh, the song is so haunting, I'm flattered that such a beautiful song reminds you of this story, thank you for sharing it with me! And this has been a very long answer to your wonderful, treasured review, hope I didn't bore you, and hope the new chapter and the one to come, will offer both hope and closure. Hope you keep reading and reviewing, LOVE YOU!! Big, big hugs :D

Oh my God, you just killed me. That was just...I have no words. You said it didn't end here and I so hope it doesn't but, Tom! Ugh, going to cry now.
Author's Response: Oh dear, on one hand, I feel honored that my story moved you so much, and on the other hand, I'm so sorry to have upset you...but rest assured, it ends well...thank you so so much for reading and reviewing, and hope the following chapters do not cause more tears, except maybe happy ones :D

Oh my goodness! What is Tom doing?! Even if Bill is hurting, it's not as bad as having physically lost Tom forever! I really hope Tom doesn't die. Just reading the words sent a terrible vision of it in my head, truly tragic. LOVE LOVE LOVED this, can't wait for more!
XD
Author's Response: Thanks a million, I LOVE LOVE LOVED your review, and I'm very glad to say that Tom doesn't die, although they all really had to go through the fire to learn to trust in their respective lovers, and not be destroyed by jealousy...hope you like the new chapter, thank you!!
Date: 10/07/11 02:47 pm Title: Chapter 7
Oh my goodness! For a moment there I was scared that you were just going to end it there!
Anyway, my heart really broke for Boromyr in this chapter. I've never really given him much thought before, but knowing how much pain he's gone through, it really makes you want to hug him.
Ah, Will speaks at last. I know it's awful of me to say, but Tom dying would make an awesome end to the story. But even if he doesn't die, it would still be an awesome ending :)
Author's Response: Thank you so much for your review, and I'm glad that you feel for Boromyr, whose tale serves as a warning to Bill...For the longest time I thought that this tale would end with Tom dying, but as often happens, I heard a Tokio Hotel song, and the ending wrote itself...I hope you like how it ends, thank you so so so much for reading and reviewing, I cherish your words...

How magnificent and cruel love can be! This story thrills me and breaks my heart at the same time. LOVED this, can't wait for more!
XD
Author's Response: Thank you so much for your generous and encouraging review, I treasure it. Hope you like the new chapter, thanks always...

I am afraid of the foreshadowing in this. My heart just breaks for Tom throughout this whole thing. I wish Bill would see what he's putting Tom through. I can't fault Georg for his decision because Gustav should come first for him. But I want to just shake Bill.
And the scene with the twins broke my heart all over again. Those sweet little boys. Oh Tom...what are you planning????
Author's Response: Thank you very much for so faithfully reading and reviewing this story, I truly, truly appreciate it. And you're right about fearing what Tom will do, it was hinted at in chapter 2, but I won't the story like this...hope you like the new chapter. Thanks always.

I have not even read your story YET, but that banner. oh my Gusti! Tomkins in armour. Sighhhhhhhhhh
Author's Response: Thank you so so much, I'm thrilled you liked my banner...I took Photoshop lessons just for Tokio Hotel can you imagine? Because I wanted to put Tom in armor and his younger version in 18th century garb ever since that Vogue photo shoot in 2010...doesn't he ever look good in costume? I think he'd look good in a gunny sack hahaha And the funniest part was that Bill's outfits in real life are so outrageous he looks plain even in the plush robes of Elrond! Thanks so much for reviewing the banner, I hope to set up a fan art account soon, as have more Torgy pix than stories...please keep in touch. Thanks!!
