What's wrong with Tom, aside from the transformation process, why can't he feel Bill? Will he be able to in the future?

Yay, Gustav!!! :D It was about time we got some Gustav.. ;)
Poor Tom, being sick and missing his Bill.. And he couldn't feel him at all? Oh no! :( That's not good.. I'm gussing it's because he's turning completely into a human, I figure he'd be able to feel Bil at least a little bit if he'd remain half-angel. That's my theory and I'm sticking with it! ;)
I really feel bad for Bill, he's hurting so bad but can't allow himself to show it - that's so sad! :( And he just wants to fly away and find his Tomi...good Gustav showed up to stop him! :)

While I read that end scenes, I wasn't thinking that Bill was going to jump/thinking of suicide. I was thinking about him wanting to fly free, break away from all the ties that are holding him back. And I think that's what you were going for. :]
Author's Response: You're absolutely right. Bill wasn't thinking that he wanted to die, just that he wanted to be free. His life has been pretty crazy, you know. And he wanted to be with Tom. I'm glad you got that from it. =)

Ooooh so many answers in this chapter! I was reeling all over the place as I was reading, oh man this is brilliant in every single sense of the word. I'm crossing my fingers that Tom will be able to make it through the process, because it would be was too much awful to handle if not .-.
