Cute and amazing story with a bad ending for both. I was crying when Bill really left and Tom was so heartbroken. I read the next part directly and was happy, that they both find together in the end.

Oh my God, wow! This was so so good! Wow your writing is just brilliant- i smiled at so many lines. As soon as i heard the mention of the bank robbery i just knew haha and i like that twist rather than the standard helpless runawqy homeless kid storyline thing. Not that i hate that stuff, because i dont, but i mean variation is good. And i am SO excited that there is a sequel for this even if i know Bill's a baddie now haha. Also loved Tom's characterisation here (and his mum's). Wooo on to the sequel! :D

All I've been doing the past 24 hours is reading your fics and favoriting them. Because they're great. I love that this wasn't the typical homeless boy from a broken home thing for Bill. And Tom is so sweet and lovely omg I want to keep him in my pocket forever. I did guess when the news report came on that Bill was the bank robber, and was positively thrilled to see I was right. Great touch at the end with Bill sending the postcard back.

Nope, no typical tragic Bill here, just a kid that ended up doing something bad that could have ended up worse, but rather well worked out in the end. :) And, postcards are good when you're on the lamb. There's no return address, so the worst you have to worry about is an area code, and if you're only passing through, that doesn't really tell anyone much.

Man. MAN.
This was awesome. The characters were simple and neat, and they had a great, easy-going chemistry. The romance was great, too, right up my alley with the lack of mushiness.
Loved that Bill robbed a bank. WHAT A BAD ASS MF. LOVE HIM. Better than a sob story IMHO. And hee, Lysander. What a dork, Tomnus. <3
I want an entire book of just this. :D GUESS I'LL JUST SUCK IT UP AND REREAD THIS FOR A YEAR.
