Oh, my!
What a beautiful story. I'm totally dazzled.
I loved all the daisies, and all the sushi, and all the licorice within. Fran must be the best sister ever. Yay for her!
And Georg taking Gustav out to that forgotten field full of daisies right in the middle of nowhere, was probably the sweetest thing ever. Not to mention the whole kissing/snuggling-in-the-rain thing that followed.
I'm really, really glad I read this.
Thanks for sharing!
Author's Response: I'm really, really glad that you read it - and enjoyed it - and reviewed it! XD This fic is special to me, so I am happy it left that much of an impression. Yes, Fran is the best sister ever in this isn't she? LOL

This was great! Probably the best G/G I have ever read. I especially liked it since it was all about Georg and Gustav, and they weren't just some side pairing in a Bill/Tom story. You don't see enough of this on here. Great story! XD
Author's Response: *blushblush* OMG thank you! The G's really don't get enough attention together unless they are a side pairing, I do agree. Hopefully I'm converting a few people over to them XD

Congrats on the feature! I loved reading this on LJ and I think I'll have to give it another go now to remind myself of how good it is. ♥
Author's Response: Thank you so much!!! I didn't even KNOW this fic was featured until I got your review and I'm just floored. <3

Well, I must say I really enjoyed reading this, I was long hopping to read a good fic of the G's, without cheesy dialogs or stupid situations. I'd love to read a complete lemon though.
Author's Response: I think this one could have gone further if I hadn't been under a deadline, but as it is I was happy with how it turned out. I'm glad that you enjoyed reading this and I do have a complete lemon in the works so that will get posted in due time :)

You know, it is stories like these that need reviews. I love G/G, but sadly, i haven't found too many good stories of that pairing. Awesome job on this! Just the right amount of angst, which I love. I look forward to reading more fic by you. :)
Author's Response: Wow...thank you so much! (and apologies from me for not responding sooner - eeps!) There are many of us G/G fans who are just aching for good G/G fic (myself included), and I'm just so happy you enjoyed Field of Daisies. Expect to see more of this pairing from me - they are too much fun not to write! :D

This one was really sweet. I loved the concept, and the plot was really well thoughtthrough and exectued. Thanks for a nice read!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! :D It took a lot of careful writing as I wanted G/G to be believable. I'm so glad that you enjoyed it.

Oh that was fantastic! I think the FQF has given me a new love - Georg / Gustav! It wasn't a pairing I had ever read before, but two of my favorite stories from the fest are Georg/Gustav, this one included. I'm actually surprised you went this direction with the prompt. I figured you'd do Fran/Gustav, but you probably figured you'd 'been there, done that' and wanted to try something different. You write Gustav so well :) He's the hardest to figure out, I think, since he's so quiet in interviews and whatnot, but I love how you write him :)
Your dialogue is always so realistic. That is one of my favorite things about your stories. Thanks for sharing this.
Author's Response: Well I could have gone Fran/Gustav, but since Siblings is still a WIP I wanted to put a different spin on the prompt. Thank you for the review <3

I'm loving the mental picture of a bitty Gustav wearing a crown of daisies on his little golden head!
Author's Response: Yes :) I love that mental image as well.

I adored this story! The characterizations, the pacing, your vivid descriptions and your writing were awesome! Loved how perceptive was Fran and how she found out for sure if her suspicions were right, first with Gustav and then with Georg. Loved how she blurted that Gustav was in love with Georg during their conversation, loved how open Georg was to it all once he finally realized thr truth of her words.
Georg was so romantic for taking Gustav to a field of daisies, and I loved that he had to pin Gustav under him to get him to listen to him. Especially loved the way Gustav comforted Georg when he broke down about what Lora had told him. And of course, the unbelievably hot scene between Georg and Gustav there at the end. Really enjoyed how you wrote these two boys together.
Author's Response: Thank you :) I'm thrilled that you enjoyed it that much.

G/G isn't exactly my favorite pairing therefore I don't read that much PWP with them [Read: none at all]
But I'm so crazy about fics like this, so I simply had to read it and really, I wasn't disappointed at all! I loved it very much, and I sure loved your Fran. She was awesome! (y)
Author's Response: Well I had hoped that this had a 'little' plot for a one-shot. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I agree - I love writing Fran as much as you loved reading her.
