I am completely in love with this story. It's great how you set it in our modern times but the Wraeththu's history. This was the bloody beginning and I could see a har wanting to rescue his beloved pop idol. Though I am worried about Bill refraining from aruna. I can't readily recall how it turns out for the har that doesn't do it within the designated time frame.
Author's Response: Thanks so much! I've always been sort of curious about the initial beginnings of the Wraeththu world and how people survived it, so that's part of where my inspiration for this came from. It was Pell's brother Terez that suffered the most drastically from a lack of Aruna after inception, and it turned him into a monster...

Wow That was intence :) Liked it :) Shyaa is a little crazy bur I guess we already knew that since he kidnapped Bill to begin with. Bill is interesting in this. IT's his personality but a bit off too. Bill is smart even if he is a bit nieve in real life. I do hope he makes it to Tom.
Author's Response: Thanks for sticking with this! I wanted to kind of focus on how wicked smart Bill has always seemed to me, more so than his outright charisma and occasional silliness. I'm glad that feeling is coming through. Some time later I'll have to write something where I can focus more on his fun sense of humor - this one hasn't left much time for anything but survival for it's characters. lol

Great story! Love the writing, the OC's, the idea.
It's not that often that I find a new fandom to enjoy. Your story made me curious about these books you refer to, and I must say, after reading the first three, now I'm a fan.
I ca see that Bill is the perfect image for these species and I'm surprised you are the first to make the connection. TH and Wraeththu are the perfect universes to write a crossover.
I'm looking forward to the next chapters.

I LOVE those books. I re-read the entire series at least once a year. I just stumbled across your story and I'm eager to read it. I started listening to Tokio Hotel because of A)the Wraeththu and B) Anne Rice's Cry To Heaven

Why do I get the feeling the Bill won't really starve to death without having sex so to speak. I know something will happen but I'm not sure. I can understand Bill not being ready. He doesn't know Shyaa and reguaress of attraction or not it's hard for his brain to want to do this when he's not sure how he feels about this person or what he means to Bill. I just feel like Bill is waiting for something. Tom... Poor Tom. I really hope that they find eachother. The dream was so amazing and Tom was so Tom in it. Bill needed the information but maybe he can get it soon.
I still feel like something is not quite right with Shyaa that sometimes he isn't telling Bill everything. Not really lies but not the e tire truth either.

i just have to say that i love everything about this story. i spent the whole night reading it and i'm so devastated i hadn't discovered it before, cause it's just too good. i looked up your inspiration and am convinced i have to read all those books. have you read all of them? what are they like?!!? lol
you are a great writer. i feel like i'm inside of this world. like it's possible. i love it when a story is like that. btw: major stroke of genius in picking young mr. Bach as your 'actor'. he is sexy and perfect and totes walks the male/female line to me. kind of like a vintage Bill in a way. okay, maybe i should shut up now.
anyways, i hope Bill agrees to aruna, since i read that it's like necessary for existence or something.

Author's Response: Thanks so much for the encouragement! I think the Wraeththu mythos is definitely worth looking into, although if you live in the States the books can be a little hard to find on shelves (the author is British). The first books in the series are a little roughly written, but you can't beat her for creative, sexy ideas. I've read most of them, but I'm behind on one or two of the latest editions. There's also some published Fan Fiction in the series that I haven't read (Storm really really loves her Fanfic writers). And I've been a fan of Sebastian for a long time. Sadly, he didn't age well - but back then (I think around 1990 or so) he was just a doll, so he was an easy choice to 'cast' for my Shyaa. The late 80's and early 90's in rock and roll were actually a lot more accepting toward beautiful guys, then we went backwards for some reason. Gah!rnAnyway THANK YOU again, and I will be updating soon. I'm averaging between two and five posts per week with this story and it will be a good deal longer before it's done.

Well, I guess my reaction would be much like Bill's. it's a little crazy to have to have sex ( aruna ) with some one you just met. I can't imagine haveing to wrap my head around everything in my body changing and then haveing to deal with that as well. However, if Bill needs it to... well.. not starve I'm not sure the full exstent of that but... Anyway... I think if Bill needs it then should it not be done? Shyaa seems to have made his intentions known but I can still understand Bill's not wanting to. At the end though I'm not sure if Bill's answer was a complete no. I think there is more to that answer :)

Umm maybe a little but I think you have done well. Their bond seems stronger now. I like that Tom could feel some of what Bill felt and that they were connected the entire time. Tom always pretends not to be preseptive like BIll but I think he and Bill will always feel eachother no matter if it is physical or emotional or in this case both.

You did a good job conveying the depth and importance of their reationship. I always read twincest so it was sweet to just read about them as regular brothers. I feel so bad for Tom (way worse that I was feeling for Bill). This was sad.

Author's Response: Thank you! And Sebastian is the "actor" I chose to play Shyaa in this story, if we're talking in movie terms. The picture is him from about twenty years ago; back when he had that amazing androgynous beauty to him. I really wanted to give Shyaa a face for readers to see so he'd be a bit more relate-able.

Suggestions... Well I don't have any at the moment I know nothing of the stories these Wraeththu are from and so for me the story has a very original feel. To me you are taking an already established race and making them your own. This is your story and you can make the characters how YOU want them. That's the beauty of creative writing I think. I love what you have done so far and hope that you can continue on this path.
Author's Response: Thank you so much! The author of the Wraeththu series actually encourages fan fiction and I've seen many different takes on the mythos over the years, it's true that mine has it's own feel and twist to it and I greatly appreciate the encouragement!

Aww Poor Bill. He must be so tired. His body and mind have been through so much and it seems like it's just begining. The physical pain may be over but he can hear Tom and not see him and that has to be eomtionaly hard for him. I'm interested in seeing what this will do to their bond and how Shyaa will play into the grand picture. I'm at this point not truly sure of his intentions but he doesn't seem like an evil person. Mybe miss guided but not evil and maybe not even miss guided. He just leaves me with questions. I want to see what Bill looks like now. I can't imagine him more beautiful than he already is but i wish I could see that.
Author's Response: I wish I was a good enough artist to try for a representation, it is kind of difficult to imagine Bill even more perfect. I'm still trying to locate a banner artist, so hopefully my pictures of Shyaa and Bill will be available as part of the banner soon.

I love the idea of mixing Wraeththu with TH, but I feel more coonsistancy to Wraeththudom is needed... Like the fact America and Europe don't exist anymore. I don't know if I can continue on reading this to find out, but what level are these guys? I'm Ponclast on the Wraeththu RP and even I can't just mentally will people to do something and Ponks is high caste.
Author's Response: Hi there! Since it's a crossover story I admit I've taken a few liberties, such as with the timing of the meltdown of human civilization. Storms books were written some time ago so her Wraeththu apocalypse would have been well in advance of mine, which occurs around the end of 2009 into 2010. As things advance they will begin using the new Wraeththu names for the continents as well. My main character Shyaa is more powerful than average due to his background story, which hasn't been revealed yet in the course of things but should come out as I go on.
