aw i love this so much. you are like...my master. its so.......good! like, you are writing this as their fight year, but you arent making it stupid like they actually hate each other, or that they're pissy 24/7. cuz that's not realistic...and plus, this is magical. i loved the end bit...hmm, maybe tom's just jealous ;)
Author's Response: You're very kind :-) Yeah, I definitely don't think they ever hated each other... they probably had moments of thinking they did :-P but who doesn't think they hate their siblings sometimes? Especially at age 13! and even when siblings are teens and fighting a lot, they always have moments of getting along, too. Author's Response: I'm on the site a lot via my iTouch... probably not a good thing, lol. But it's a fun way to kill time in between classes... or sometimes during, depending on what's going on =_= I was totally fascinated by that snippet! It's so odd to imagine them fighting for so long, although it's not surprising. I mean, 13 is a hard year for everyone. I just really wanted to read a fic about it, so I wrote one XD As you can tell, I don't think it was a literal year of hating each other. I think it was just them drifting apart and fighting constantly, but the love was still there buried deep down... wayyyyy deep down, lol. And then I threw in the twincesty elements just for my own entertainment :-D

As far as the simplicity, to me, this story is just about Bill at thirteen - his mindset at that age and his relationships with the people around him, especially Tom. I wanted to explore that rather than diluting the purpose of the fic by pulling out a bunch of bells and whistles. I'm glad you're enjoying it so far.

I'm glad you like the smut XD Tom barging into Bill's shower appealed to me, because it's like... he wanted to see Bill naked, and of course (since he knows Bill so well) he knew Bill would be all shy and make it a hassle, so he made it easy on himself and caught him when he knew Bill would already be naked, LOL.
I was out boozing it up this weekend 6_6 but I will work on the next chapter tomorrow!

Awww I thought the kiss between Erich & Bill was really cute but Bill & Tom's was just ADORABLE! And I loved how they rekindled things at the end of this chapter... those freaking shotguns deserve an award or more honorable mentions, dude xD They seem to recoil those two together whenever they drift from each other :P
Author's Response: Being in Hamburg is good for them, because all the distractions are gone and Tom is forced to hang out with Bill... and concentrating on their music brings them together. also, "big brother protectiveness/possessiveness" kicked in to make him paranoid that if he doesn't watch it, someone else might steal Bill away XD
