During their angsty argument I nearly started to cry. Honestly, I'm turning into such a sap it's not even funny. It was just so cute in a really sad way, and the rest of the chapter was wonderful too.

To answer your question, I did notice it, but it just seemed so off that you were building up to something and then in a flash it was over with before it even had a chance to start. I thought maybe Bill would be at least dating Erich first, talking about how good it was kissing him compared to girls. Of course I understand Bill's wish to stop being with him alone, but that Erich just gave up all together after trying to hard to get to him seemed weird that he'd just stop like that. For me, as a reader, I don't feel as if I was done with seing their relationship (as friends or lovers) bloom, the way you built it up it seemed like there would be something more than just a kiss and then it would be over with. Of course this is your story, I'm just giving you my honest opinion! I still love it though, very well written and I love how Tom used to be ashamed of even being seen with his brother but deep down he still loved him. Even though I feel like you kinda just flew through the last chapters (at first it seemed like a story where their relationship would take time to grow and heal, but then it just happened over night). Can't wait to read the next one (:
Author's Response: I'd have to disagree that there was a build up to an Erich/Bill relationship or that they should have dated. Bill never expressed any romantic interest in Erich; it was a one-sided crush. He allowed Erich to kiss him the same way he didn't protest when Johanna kissed him; he's just young and curious. Although Bill did think that kissing a boy was nicer than kissing a girl, he never contributed that to having any feelings for Erich. Erich gave up because when he texted Bill the next day, he got a text back asking for him to delete Bill's number. From Erich's perspective, which he expressed at his birthday party convo w/Bill, he assumed that Bill was freaking out b/c he'd just had his first same-sex kiss. And as Andreas told Bill, Erich asked Andreas about it and got no answers. Erich is a nice guy, and his feelings were hurt, but he respected the text's request to back off. Bill's interaction with Erich was always meant to be a catalyst for the start of Tom and Bill's physical relationship. Their problems were not immediately resolved directly after they began fooling around, but that extra intimacy made Tom spend time with Bill (along with their living in Hamburg, where Tom had no choice or ability to ditch him), which led to them growing closer and communicating more. I don't really think their relationship healed overnight, seeing as how the twins had several discussions where they cleared up their misunderstandings (i.e., in Erich's guest bedroom, another after their 1st day of school). I'm just sharing my point of view and reasons for the way I wrote things, but you are certainly entitled to your perspective as well!

I loved this chapter! They finally did it! I couldn't stop laughing at how Bill found the whole sex with his brother ok, but when it came to Tom cuming in him or when he was wiped with Tom's boxers, he freaked out. I was like 0_0 when Jost walked into the recording studio. I kept thinking, 'What could they possibly say to convince Jost that Tom's fingers just got caught in Bill's ass accidentally?'
Love this and can't wait till the next (and final) chapter. I hope you will continue to write more after this!

Aw, I don't think anything I ever say will tell you how much I love this fic. It's wonderfully written, I love your work and I love this fic and you've made me fall in love with twins all over again (if that were possible xD) Your writing, this fic = love. I adore it, I love seeing it updated and I'm NEVER disappointed when I read it.
I always finish up with a bright smile, which I can thank you for giving to me ^_^ I have fallen head over heels for the way you have portrayed their life in this fic. And I love that although they're involved in not-so-brotherluy goings on, they still treat each other just as brothers would. The relationship you've created in this fic is so damn PERFECT. As is every other aspect of this fic.

Author's Response: I appreciate you sharing your opinion :-) Bill did abruptly stop hanging out with Erich alone, once he knew it upset Tom, because his twin's feelings were more important to him. Although Erich pursued Bill, he never had a crush on Erich. Bill just liked the attention. Maybe that didn't come across for you?

about the Tom stuff with the whole 'you+me=oneperson', i've always loved that about them. when i read it in a story, even if most people find it corny and sappy, i always remember their interviews. i can't remember how many times they've gushed about their 'special love', and that just makes it more awesome. kudos to you for embracing that! lol

I LOVE how melodramatic Bill is! It's one of the reasons I wanted to write a Bill-centric fic! TH footage is so brilliant because we get to witness so much of his insanely melodramatic behavior. i.e., wailing "NOOOOOOO!!" when his toy plane gets stuck in the rafters, going on for *ages* about how he had the "worst night of his life" because of mosquitos, and then hearing him talk about yet another "worst night of his life" when he's telling the band about his bad dream the night before, LOL! Oh Bill (*o*) I adore him.
