Had me wondering for a bit. If William willingly went into the chamber, would that be because he'd decided to be subdued, or because he would enter a state of stand by, hyper nation etc. It did take Tom a long time to get through to him, so how come he'd let himself become so vulnerable being his demon self? I can understand that he is vulnerable when he's Bill. Maybe he was teaching Tom a lesson, that he cannot live without William, too? That finally, Tom will accept that he needs William just as much as Bill? If only William could melt both of them into one person, he himself would personally gain so much by it. Tom is the chosen and William should acknowledge that the human has some rights in this game, too.

I think the General is gonna get his ass handed to him on a silver platter isn't he? *is hopeful* I mean I feel bad for the guys who are just following orders and don't know the whole deal, and I even feel bad for the General who's just plain too full of himself to see...but it is gonna make me really happy when they get their asses beat.
I am really looking forward to seeing what comes next. You are such a wonderful writer...
oh and yea, I now what you mean about normally waiting til something is complete to read it, I try to do that too...I have a lot of experiance with choosing fics that people end up abandoning...it really sucks, but I do normally have 5-10 fics that I wait for updates for. Sometimes the way the fic is written it needs the suspense, like the series 24, I don't care for it to begin with, but my brother made me watch it with him once, and sitting and watching the whole series at once really ruins it...but yea...great work. I can't wait for more!!

Sometimes my will and inspiration to write is affected, but it always come back. :) Anyway, I do intend to keep posting until the end. :)
