I had this story tracked ages ago, but I just read it now.
I'm liking the plot so far. Though, Tom's sort-of-going-out-on-a-date invitation got me kind of confused. I'm sure I'll learn more on what was he thinking when he invited Bill straight forward, in the next chapters.
Anyway, I love Tom and Bill's characters in here. I can totally picture Tom as a groovy teacher and Bill as a messy-all-loving dad.

I love this Tom.
I know it's more enjoyable to write him like some cocky bastard, but when you let his character get soft, it's so sweet. And I can feel the real Tom, not the OCC attitude. I liked how he was with Bill on their.. date. :) More professional, he's lovely~.
Now, when Bill asked Tom if he was gay I was like O_O *facepalm* That sounds awkward... If I went out with a girl and noticed she may like women, I wouldn't ask so abruptly like "OMGAREYOUGAY?!" XDDD Bill is funny. :p I would've said something more comfortable like, "No guys for you huh? " idk... lulz.
Then when Tom kissed him I DIEDZ HAR HAR.
But Bill, dun say that. O_O More like "I'm not interested" not "OMFGILIKEWOMENBETCH". XP
I cannot wait for more.
