I actually really liked having one of Tom's past hook ups in the story. It was interesting to see how Bill reacted and it spoke volumes as to their relationship. That and I like the little bit of drama! ;)

so, the scene with bill watching tom pump iron, and then after, was really hot.
for the most part though, this chapter felt really confusing to me. After the first few paragraphs I went back a chapter because I felt like i had missed something. For some reason the beginning felt disjointed. And then again when Shannon got up to do something...did he do anything? Again I felt like we skipped a paragraph or something.
i still love this story, keep up the good work.

I liked this chapter. I'm interested to know what's going to happen between them next. The only thing is that while they were in the shower you said that Bill gripped the sheets. Otherwise it was great. I thought your first attempt was great and this one is just a good. Nice job.
