Oh my, this is brilliance! :D I haven't actually read any femmeslash on this site, until now. I'm so glad you're writing is my first femmeslash on this site. It makes it so enjoyable! I adore both Bill and Tom's disposition. They're both fantastic! I like Bill's reluctance to start anything with Tom, even if it must frustrate the hell outta Tom. Well, having said that, perhaps not; she seems so relaxed, ALL the time. Which makes ME want her haha.

Jorg is win in this story, I really enjoyed writing an awesome Jorg for once. He's basically a fixer - he comes in to these floundering companies, assesses the issues from the ground up, fixes them by whatever means necessary, and moves on to the next broken company.

Oh this is just lovely. I'm having trouble absorbing Bill and Tom as girls. But the story line is awesome. I'm always wary of high school rice as they tend to be the epitome of awful but this is just lovely. I'm enjoying the dynamic between the two of them. It's a fine balance between avoidence for emo.reasons and just being totally over the top with that element. I suppose a good author can make anything work well and find a solid healthy balance with plotline, characters and emotional balance. Awesome can't wait for the rest.

I love it, I love you, I love that you of all people filled the prompt, and I love that you filled it so perfectly.
Bill - I adore Bill. I want to cuddle her and bring her out of her shell, but I guess I should leave that to Tom ;) Your characterisation of her is so utterly wonderful to me - she's tall but proud, and yet still feels easier to stay invisible, even though clearly she's got something special about her that Tom notices right away. I just love her hesitance and reluctance... she's so real to me.
Tom... well... if she was real I would be all over her in a heartbeat. No kidding.
When I said you plucked this straight from my head, I was being 100% truthful. This was the sort of plot I had been thinking of for a long time but couldn't really solidify in my own mind, and so I wrote the prompt instead. I am so so thankful it was you who filled it, as my favourite author, because not only did you write it in a way that speaks directly to me, you've opened everyone up to the possibilities of femmeslash :)

This story seriously blossomed in my head, it just sprang full-blown to life. It was one of those stories you HAVE to write, because it's coming alive and all you can do is put your fingers to use in capturing it. So I'm grateful to you for planting the seed of it for me. Author's Response: A universe where Bill threw herself whole-heartedly into relationships and had to uproot and move again, and again, and again, and never had a twin brother to be her buffer against lonely. :) I hate trying to explain it, I'd rather have the writing speak for itself, but when you keep putting yourself out there and all you get is heartbreak, pre-emptive withdrawal seems like the way to go. Also, Bill of this AU doesn't exactly have an accurate self-image.
Needs moar femmeslash is definitely the way to go! Glad you're enjoying girl Tom. ;D

I, who only read femmslash on the off-chance that it's well-written (because it hardly ever is), am so glad this caught my eye.
Because it is. Well-written, that is. And unique. And you've hooked me well enough that I'm going to track this and beg you to not end up leaving this as an unfinished project, because I so do want to see how this will end out.
I'm not surprised, though. It's you, after all. You have a way of doing that, hooking people with every story until they're forced to read on to the end, because stopping would just be unethical.
