It's scary how much this story reminds me of real life. It's like you picked parts of it from my childhood and put it on paper, only it was my dad and dogs against the cat (the cat totally won, by the way, and my dad had to go to the hospital because his hand had swelled up and gotten infected from the bites) with my two older sisters in the cat's corner. And I'm pretty sure my dad's favourite saying to me is that he didn't reaise a sissy when I can't do something.
So, uh, good job on that. I think I'm rather in love with it a little.
Author's Response: Aw, I'm really glad this story came across so true to life for you! As someone who's always lived with either dogs or cats (sometimes both!) I have SO seen this kind of thing. And often been the recipient of the kitten grab-and-kick. ;)
