This is so good! Perfect creature fic, and really, really hot. And the banner is amazing -- the ears look lovely, and Bill looks sufficiently... needy. *g*
The combination of human Tom and kitty Bill is marvellous. I love Bill's soft ears and cat-like sounds, his cries and trills, and that he kneads, while Tom pets him and teases him -- that last one sounds a tad cruel but also hot!
The part about Bill's first heat is pure perfection. It captures so many things in a single, beautiful sentence. I love that their mother hadn't explained the whole thing to them; I wonder if they were freaked out at all, either during or after... maybe not during. *g* You have an admirable way with words: "instinctively" is really good here, "unbearably" and "desperate" are two of my favourite sex-related words and they fit marvellously, and "begging beautifully" *_* I can imagine. Kittiness really suits Bill, doesn't it? And you've included so many cat-like things in this story that suit him especially well!
"Shyly seductive encouragement" makes me laugh -- it's a bit too late to be shy when he's naked and putting everything on display!
I love the descriptions of Bill, pliant and submissive. And Tom is so hot too, watching himself fuck Bill and smearing Bill with come. This really includes many lovely creature-y details! Even Tom biting the back of Bill's neck. :) Bill's "rawr of protest" is especially vivid and cat-like!
Bill is adorably happy after he's come. I love that he's cute, too. From irresistible sex kitten to ready-to-nap cuddly ball of fluff faster than you can imagine! Hee. And back again, faster than you can imagine too. *g* I love the last sentence, it's so funny!
In conclusion: mindless rutting every ten minutes for a week. *fans self* This is so well done! Kudos!

I love how different this is from undrockroll's, even though it's for the same prompt! That might actually be my favorite thing about the kinkmeme at the moment--seeing how all these great authors interpret the ideas. I love that you kept them as twins, and had Tom be a felinoid as well, even though the prompt makes no mention of that. And I admit I'm SHAMELESSLY interested in their first mating...I can just imagine them being all confused, but super hot for each other. Fantastic story!
