Omg, this is so amazing. The very first sentence is brilliant, and it only gets better after that!
Can you believe that when I read this for the first time I was too distracted by Bill's lusting to realise that Tom literally hears his thoughts whenever he touches Bill? Hee! I was just as clueless as Bill who doesn't realise that Tom can tell Bill wants his hands on him, that Tom nearly asks if he can see Bill naked (hee!) and that he wants to tell Bill he's single. It must be difficult to keep the conversations straight when he can hear both what Bill is saying and what he's thinking!
This is just so lovely: I love how Bill sees Tom and goes immediately into a "I want that one. Now. Hard." mode, and how Tom meets Bill and is maybe taken aback how gorgeous he is, but keeps it neutral like a good, charming customer servant like he is, until he takes Bill's hand and learns that under the cool, confident, quite-possibly-way-out-of-your-league exterior Bill is straightforwardly lustful.
This fic made me realise that I've never appreciated how erotic it is to hold someone's hand. Now that I've read it I have no idea how it never occurred to me because this is just so hot. I love how they have a perfectly good and innocent excuse to touch, and at the same time it's so sensual it should be rated NC-17 even though they haven't even undressed. Bill is already distracted when they shake hands, and Tom's intensity when he asks to touch Bill's hand again and the description "Bill's stomach squirms pleasantly"... sgadhklfsj! You have a real knack for kink, don't you?
YES for porny sequel, absolutely! I'd love to see how Tom's abilities change things in the bedroom. Or the kitchen, as it were. Or against the wall three steps inside Bill's apartment...
