This simply feels like the best way of writing about Bill inserting things into himself!

Oh dear, Tom walking in on him is both hot and kind of embarrassing! "Nightmarish" is a good word for it! Poor Bill, I really feel sympathy for him: "his twin, the one person more important to him than life, had stumbled in on his deepest, most perverted secret." His misunderstanding that Tom might have meant a more personal kind of help than buying him vibrators (while completely understandable, since possession was also troubling Bill, not just buying) made me cringe initially, but luckily it turns out all right!

It amuses me that Tom is "stunned." It must have been some surprise! He must have been thinking about this before since he gets his hands so quickly on Bill though... or maybe the visuals are inspiring enough to make anyone get with the program fast, hee. I love that Bill is reduced to needy incoherence! Tom fingering him is so hot.

I love that it seems he wants to make Bill feel good (taking pity like the prompt says) but that he's also very affected himself. Oh this is just so perfect, this whole story!

I don't know what other things Bill could use but I'd love it if there was more, and I'd especially like to see the effect on Tom -- maybe Tom's pov?
