aww man i guess it! well crap, that just sucks balls. and the pills must be his enzymes..(people with CF also have problems with digestion and need to take enzymes to help digest their food) or if he needs a transplant it might be the chemo.
awww i hope tom is really stubborn and doesn't let bill push him away. as I say. " DEATH IS NOT THE ENEMY OF A LIFE WELL LIVED" ,so if bill lives his life fully each day, and even if tom mourns when he's gone. then "~~ and death shall have no dominion" right?
he should encourage bill to live whatever time he has left WITH him, not away from him....
