Real twins have the same DNA so it's impossible to know who the real father is. That's the biggest issue in case of murder, and the police as welle as the FBI can never cathc the real one, because their DNA are the same
In ur case, Tom or Tom, Tom or Bill it won't change a thing as it is impossible to tell them apart
