i knew he was an ass, but i didn't believe he'd actually sink that low.. FUCK him! i actually kind of understand tom, even if i don't agree with what he did, and i wanna hate him for it, i kind of understand. it's not easy standing up against ur friends, if u know that'd most likely result in being beaten.. especially since he knows exactly how bad the beating would be, since he's dealt it out several times... i wanna hug him and take him into the room and make him talk to bill and andi, and then go back out to beat the FUCK out of hte rest of the gang and give them a piece of my mind *stict glare*
Author's Response: yes indeed. Like I mentioned in the chapter, School reputation can be such a bit and it might all be teenagers but I think it's something really dangerous. Many people wouldn've done what Tom did. So I didn't want the story to be all fairytale, it had to be real. these things happen! ;o We'll see what happens next right.. It's so tough for Tom :) Having to actually find another excuse for falling in love that he's in a charitable mood. But if he's never experienced being in love before, I can understand that he needs to find other labels 'because it can't be that' *g*
Bill is so sexual here. It's really a beautiful place for them to be together. The romantic setting did them good and I loved how they huddled in Tom's hoodie afterwards.
This is a nice chapter in spite of the dark stuff about Dylan - but we knew he was no good.

i really love this fic, simply because it takes such a clishé theme, and turns it into something COMPLETELY original! not a lot of ppl can do that, so gd work! ;)
