Hmm...it could be more thought-out and described. I was reading it and it seemed really choppy. Try next time to describe things a little more. The emotions. And don't overreact with punctuation, like Tom being super surprised that Bill hadn't had sex. On top of them being twins, and I think Tom would know if Bill had his first (remember, twins are the two closest people in the world), it just makes the story look amateur.
The summary could use a little work, too. It's all spelled wrong with no capitalization and so on. You might want to get out your grammar book and fix it up.
Otherwise, it was cute. :)

oh, well I liked it (: I love it when they get caught. hehehe. And I noticed in the description that you've only added one character. The way to add more is to hold down the Ctrl button and then click on the characters you need xD
