Author's Response: danke :) my intention was to have it be both cause when this was playing out in my head it was rather comical seeing bill with the lion mane running outside excepting rain but seeing hot men (and ugly men) raing from the sky. i actually ended up laughing out loud picturing that and i got some strange looks from my mum, but it was worth it. again danke for the review
