Holy shit! I have read this before and could have sworn I reviewed. (I was going through my favorites and saw this and immediately remember it. Then I had to re-read it). Anyways, my point is, I read this ages ago, but today I just kept thinking about it. So I HAD to come read it again. It is that amazing of a story. I love it to death and I am so glad you wrote something so beautiful(:

The end left me in tears. Again. I am proud do say that because that just shows how amazing you writing is and how well the emotions are written.

Definitely one of my favorites. Thanks so much for writing such a beautiful story:D

Author's Response:

This is a gorgeous story. Part of me wishes there were more chapters and it was more in depth but the rest of me is like.... NO this is perfect!!! I must say I absolutely adore sweet sad Tom. He seems like such a strong person in real life so it just tugs on my heart strings to read about him being vulnerable. You did a wonderful job with this TY

Author's Response:

:D Awe, thankyou. Well, i'm glad you feel that way about it. :) Haha, i adore sweet Tom too! lol, such a pleasant change... melts your heart =)
Thankyou for taking the time to review! n__n <3

Ahhh this is written so beautifully! It's incredibly touching all the way through, i thoroughly enjoyed reading this. I find normally find 'one shots' really difficult to enjoy, as they can sometimes be too brief, but this is has an incredible feeling to it, you really feel the anguish that Tom and Michelle are going through. How they can't be together, how they are stuck in relationships they feel little for so they don't cause anyone else hurt. They could have run away, lived happily ever after. They way you've written all of the characters is amazing, being able to get behind them, and feel that emotion that you're conveying is a skill, a person can only take something for so long before it becomes too much. You really get the sense of that towards the end of this, with Pete choosing to go out instead of help Michelle with something so little. When she's already had someone who isn't suppose to help, having someone who is not do it, is a kick in the teeth, even though he doesn't know. Tom's method of coping, the way he's holding on to her ashes, is certainly unconventional. But i guess when something you've wanted becomes completely unavailable you do things a little differently. Bathing with 'her' so he can feel her still, i have to say caused that silly lump to form in the back of my throat. That i think was the best scene, it made me want to go and give him a huge hug, to let him know things will get better. This whole passage is totally gripping!
I think I'm waffling a little bit now! Sorry! =] But hey i think this is utterly awesome, you're exceptionally talented. And i don't think you need to re-do it, it's intense and emotional and totally enthralling! Thanks for posting!

Author's Response: WOW! A whole batch of cookies for you! XD
Your review just made my entire week! =)
I'm extremely happy that you enjoyed it, as you know, i was doubtful with how i portrayed the characters, but i'm glad you enjoyed it! =)
I actually prefer one shots, but i agree that they can be really brief sometimes... I only ever really write oneshots, but i aim for them to be more like short stories with quite a lot of background information. So i'm happy that you didn't find this one too brief.
Haha, they could have run away and lived happily ever after, yes. But my writing has a tendency to flow into a sad ending :/ LOL.
I was practically beaming at my computer screen when i read your review and reached the part where you write how a person can only take so much before it becomes too much; and how something little (like Pete choosing to go out over helping her) can push someone over the edge. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TRYING TO CONVEY!!! :] Haha, i'm ecstatic that you were able to interpret it the way i intended =)... And it's true, sometimes even the littlest things, sadly, can push us over the edge :/
Yeah, I think unconventional is a perfect word to describe Tom's coping method. It definitely is different. In fact, i was contemplating how he should do it, if in fact, he should do it. But as you said, when something/someone you desire is ripped away from you, your emotions are in a twirl, and you do things differently. I thought bathing with 'her' was, erm, i don't know if 'reasonable' is the appropriate wording, but i'm going with that, =).. considering the last time they were actually together was when he washed her.
HAHA, i don't mind if you waffle. n___n Awe, after reading the reviews i received for 'Endless Bathwater', i think i might just leave it the way it is. :)
Thank you for reading, and for taking the time to leave an AM-A-ZING review! :D (by far, the best review i've received). I think i commented in just about everything in your review (^_^).
I'm really delighted that you enjoyed it so much.
Thanks xx
