I didn't even know Tom had OCD in yours. o.o; I really didn't. I thought he was just kind of...quirky. XD Anyway, the medical condition bit really did come from Jodi Picoult's book Handle With Care. I just thought it would be cool to write about the disease.
Eh, I made Bill loud because I make him shy all the time. Effervescent's Bill was in my head when I made him like that, but it wasn't what I based him off of.
The neighbor thing was just because I wanted them to be neighbors since Tom had to notice there was someone living in the house across from his and he'd be there if anything happened with the disease. The moving van and house for sale thing, I don't even know. He just moved there. Tada. :p
Bill always wants to make music with Tom in my stories where they're normal. D: I put a really big stress on them always loving music and always wanting to make music together. :/
Aaaaand Tom's personality comes out more in later chapters. He just doesn't know how to react to Bill.
I really didn't mean to make it sound anything like yours at all. I'm sorry it seemed like that. I really am. But it's not aimed to be based off of yours in any way at all. <3

Okay, so I just thought I'd say I got accused of plaigarism off of this story because I happened to write a story where Bill was talkative and they were neighbors in it. x] Yeah, that totally made my day. I'm not annoyed at you or anything. It was the reviewer that kind of annoyed me. I totally even forgot they were neighbors in here. o.o So even if I was copying, which I wasn't, it would only be the bit where Bill is talkative, which just happens to be a way that I was writing him. I wasn't aware being loud and obnoxious as a character trait was a crime. o.o; Anyway, just letting you know so that if anyone else informs you of what went down, you know there's no way in hell I was trying to copy you with my latest story. I don't really know how having a loud character who's neighbors with Tom is copying off of your story since nothing else is the same. :/
On to the thoughts for the chapter. I love how Bill put that note on the mirror. How sweet. x] And his reason for leaving was adorable. The way you're pushing this along gently is simply adorable. It's so sweet. :')
Tom's all excited for a sleepover. XD Bet he hasn't done that for years on end.
Author's Response: I'm happy it amused you? o_0 And no, it was more than that. There are severe similarities between my four chapters and your one chapter. In each: One character has a medical condition that is highly obvious and they are teased for (Bill's disease in yours, Tom's OCD in mine). One character is loud, obnoxious, irritating to most, speaks all over the place and people dislike him for that as well. One moved there, is the other's neighbour despite never seeing a moving van or having any idea the other house was for sale (mine was explained. Yours?). In both, Bill really wants to make music with Tom and become 'partners' if you will in the musical field with the other. In both Tom seems offstandish to a certain degree towards either Bill or people in general... For your first chapter the similarities are remarkably close and yeah, it just really sort of irked me bad really...
