i was EXTREMLY happi wen i saw the word vuvuzela in this - I'm from south africa so its rather heart warming to see something thats related to my country in a fanfiction (even if that thing is the most obnoxious thing around =] )
nw bwt the story - i realli luv the way Bill is so unique, it'll be great to see the developemtn in his and tom's relationship ^.^ the anticipation kills my soul *tehehe* you realli are able to capture such interesting personalities traits and ideas within different people very accurately. makes me feel like i'm that person, or i'm feeling their emotions - its realli interestin.

ok, so let me start by saying that, as usual, I adore the characterizations that you portray with Bill and Tom. This story is going right into my favorites and I sincerely hope you stick with it.
as for the other things, I hope you know that you have a lot of people who enjoy reading your work. some of whom, and i include myself in this, shout and flail with glee every time a new story of yours pops up on our update page. Please know that whatever drama ONE review tries to stir up, there are a LOT of US who want you to stick around.
If you need a break from writing, then by all means, take it. I just hope that the actions of one doesn't ruin the experience of all of us enjoying your god-given writing talent.

ok before i actually review your chapter i would like to say that you are not selfish nor worthless for wanting a break from THF(in my opinion sometimes we all need one). but one thing i would like to say and again this is solely my opinion i am not trying to be rude or anything, but i really think that you shouldn't let what one person said make you quit, because what that person said is not true at all. But i support and am behind you on your decision 100%.

It's just super-childish to do this, and especially to a great author!
I can honestly say, I've never seen a fic like any of yours, and even if I did, I wouldn't accuse either party of plagiarism, because although everyone has different minds, some people do have the same ideas.
For example, I once saw a documentary on South Africa, and thought it would be really cool to set a fic in SA, and then the very next day, I logged on, to see a new fic, set in SA! O:
Obviously I never wrote it, I wasn't scared of being accused of plagiarism, everyone should be able to write freely, but I just felt that the other author had a better concept of where she was going, and I sort of, just, write whatever comes to me. :P
Regardless of whether it looks like plagiarism, it's normally not, because everyone puts their own spin on their stories.
In fact, if THF were to set a very specific challenge, no-one would write it the same, so therefore, we can't accuse anyone of plagiarism, and it's plain wrong to, unless it is very apparent that the author deliberately copied and pasted work from another author.
It is definitely not fair to attack any author who has posted their original ideas on this site, even though it's fan-fiction, I've seen a lot of great, original ideas.
People attacking other people just gets me plain angry.
On a brighter note; I LOVED your chapter. ^_^ There were no faults whatsoever, you don't deserve to be treated like this. D:
In any case, I celebrate your updates, and I'm sure many others do, too!

Clicked on submit before I was done. :p To continue - Love how Bill decided he'd rather be a squid and had so much to say on why he felt that way. Loved that Bill knew what Tom was thinking about and had to try and get Tom to admit to it. Also like how Tom is starting to relax around Bill and letting his guard down a little even though it scares him so much.
Lovely story! I can't get enough of it! And if you need some time off from writing then definately take some time off. Being creative can be exhausting. :]

I just love how you're writing Bill and Tom in this. I find myself thinking about them during the day. I have the most lovely image in my head of Bill in his orange rubber boots, hands and pockets full of little shells, running home in the moonlight, his full hands and pockets losing a shell or two every few steps, leaving a trail of shells leading to Bill's house. And I love that you have Bill being a cello player. Imagining him playing the cello...pure hotness!

Right then. I'm not the most active person here. Be that as it may, I think you are definitely not a monster or any other such words. I don't even know you, but I like to think of myself as a moderately, really good judge of character.
Either way, seeing this story updated was the PERFECT end to an already amazing day (seriously, I didn't think it was possible for today to have gotten better). But I'll respect any choices you make, sometimes a break can be a really good thing.

I'm pretty sure I've said it in all my reviews on the previous chapters, but I must say it again! I love this story!! XD This chapter was great! And I'm definitely looking forward to reading about the party :)

Oh! This is fantastic! How is it that every post is amazing in every way? Never do I get bored or just want to skim over parts and never do I just want to quit reading. This story is perfect in so many ways. I love the way Tom was thinking all naughty and Bill was trying to drag it out of Tom xD And Bill's epic-like run on sentence about cleaning his hands just to touch Tom's clothes was hilarious.
It really sucks that you're going to give up writing for a while, but like I said last time, take as much time as you need. Your followers/trackers will understand. And the ones who actually read the author notes and know about the situation, they also know that you never told anyone to say anything. And I'm so greatful that you wrote two more chapters to post later!
