I just found this story and I'm absolutely in love with it already!
It's just so adorable and funny and sweet and Gahh!!!
I swear I was giggling like crazy during a few of your scenes xD
The kissing scene was so sweet. I like how you didn't have them sucking each other's faces off. It was just sweet and...nice. I don't know, haha.
anyway, this story is absolutely amazing and I'll be following it from now on.
As for your question, I say you should choose what you think would happen, because you know the characters better than anybody =)

meh, i would rather have Tom find out about Bill crush so that way later in the chapterz, Tom will find out about Bills skateboarding and will be pissed but then not to much cause he already knows that Bill like him XXDD.

This chapter has Tom finding out about the bruising and kissing Bill so either secret could be brought out first. I do think that Tom's character is more likely to be insistent about the injuries before bringing up feelings between them. You have written a really great story here and I am sure which ever choice you make will make for an enjoyable reading.
