Oh my... something! I almost thought Tom was gonna yell at Bill for some reason, and then I thought Tom was going insane, and then I thought Tom was going o end up (somewhat) raping Bill o.o I have to admit the end was some kind of relief. I promise you, my heart was beating hard and fast in my chest when I read this!
But to the questions: I got these imaginary concequences if alternate number one happened first, or the concequences it alternate number 2 happened first. I guess it could all end up that if Tom found out about Bill's crush, he could either end up going confused, denial or accept it/end up getting a crush on Bill. And then, when he found out about the skating and stuff, he'd probably be hurt that Bill didn't tell him anything, and all of the alternate denial emotions from finding out about the crush would just go worse, or they would end up not talk to each other.
If other way around, that Tom finds out about the skateboarding and stuff, there would maybe be all the things as in the end of the first alternate, and when he then finds out about the crush, which probably would take quite some time, he would either go to the denial/blablahblah things, or he would forget a little about the skateboard and stuff and maybe fall for Bill.
Now this is only my thoughts, which are a little too complicated (kinda) for my own good. So I'm not really sure what I would like to happen first. But if I look away from the concequences, I guess I would like Tom to find out about the skateboarding and stuff. But then again, there comes the 'what if's, right? Like, 'what if Tom had found out about the crush first? Then what would have happened'. CHRIST, I'm going mad! Questions like that makes my brain work too much. I bet there will come a beeping noise soon, and a sign saying 'This brain is overloaded and have gone to the dogs'
Author's Response: oh, damn o.o I had to read that twice to understand it *laughs* But yes, the 'what if's are a very important factor. Like the reason for which Bill is keeping a secret. That thing has a major impact on the story and everything :D

I'm really wishing to know what will happen to their relationship the morning after this happened.
Will Tom panick leaving a brokenhearted Bill? Will he regreat ir? Will Bill be able to keep smiling to his friend if Tom blames alcohol for his doings?
As for the question... I'd prefer Tom to know about skateboarding first.

I definitely vote for number 2. It would be interesting how would bring about Tom finding out about the crush after that.
I just sat and read what you have written thus far in one sitting. This story is extremely well written. You have Bill's character played out so well. When most writers try to play Bill as a more masculine character, they tend to overcompensate in a way and the character just turns out to be a hot mess. You have a nice balance between Bill, his man card, and his gay side. Bravo to you and I hope another chapter is put up asap ;-) I can't wait for the morning after.

Meaning that I think Tom knows about Bill's crush all along. I mean... Bill's so obvious. And I think Tom likes Bill too, but he's a bit afraid to express his feelings. :)

Oh dear! Why do you always make me wanna cry?? The way you describe it al is so... INTENSE! I have never felt like this when I read someting, it's like I'm right there, like Iam Bill and I feel what he feels!
I don't really know 1 or 2... cause if Tom finds out about Bills crush and then later about the skateboarding? i don't think that it will end well. So even if I want more action between the two of them... I'll go for number:
