hahaha I was in marching band for 3 years. Band camp for us wasn't like this, but oh boy, all the memories. *I never misbehaved during band camp, but the bus trips on the way to competitions...hahaha*
Author's Response: I've been on a few camps with my music school and a few others, and unfortunately, I'm drawing on experiences from those camps. I met some really horrible people, but also some of my best friends. I loved them so much! I agree about the bus trips on the way to competitions though. This is surprisingly, since i have to admit i was expecting some very poor attempt at fiction from a band camp-themed piece. The idea that they're so young kind of freaks me out, but i'm learning to live with it :). Congrats!
Author's Response: Thank you! I DID have them as being alot younger (10-11) But then I realised that it was waaaaay too young, so I aged them a bit, so they're 13-14-ish. Makes me feel better writing it, as well ^_^ Thank you for taking the time to read despite your expectations :P
